Champions, ARC beta launched a few weeks back and if you haven't tried it, now is the time to do so. You can get free in-game items just for installing ARC.

If the code worked properly you can retrieve the sets and the titles via the Z store in game from the last tab. The titles come in a box in your inventory that you have to open for each character.

Also, just a note: the Arc Titles are redeemed per character, once per character.

Where do you enter the redeeming code for the free stuff? I'm kinda lost there.

Took me a while to find, but once you're on Arc, click your name in the top right corner. There should be a drop menu. Click redeem key, copy and paste, hit next, then go to the in-game store and click the bonus tab to collect your free stuff.

Sorry to burst the bubble, but they ain't there. and yes I even stopped the game and restarted it.
I not only checked the SERVICES tab in z-store but all the tabs.
when you logged into arc did you use your existing login info? If not you created a new account and it won't show in your existing one.

You assumed right; you can redeem them on all your characters, present and future. I just redeemed them on my newly created Hero just a while ago.
The BONUS tab also?
And yes, the whole 'How To and Where' is a big mess. Don't you guys check your stuff before you put it up?
Good thing the people in the 'Channel We Shall Not Mention' figured things out fast and shared their info with their fellow players.

Yeah....but she , and many others, were helping sort out the confusion at the time, in game. It was a concerted effort not just attributed to one group.

Did you go into the C-store in-game? Apparently, going in through the website won't cut it for this - you have to log in through Arc, then visit the C-store through the tab under the minimap. The items should then show up on your Bonus tab.
Not a clue about the coupon thing, though.

You can install arc, redeem the codes, close arc, start CO without arc and enjoy your rewards. I did not uninstall arc so far but I doubt it would be a problem.
My stomach is clear and my mind is full of bacon!
I'm Gold and I didn't have those costume sets. (Well, I had one of them, but it's one I bought last year with Zen.)
And no, sk, none of them are new costumes. Nobody said anything about new costumes. They're free - like Cryptic's going to just give away a new costume set??

You never know.. afterall.. remember gift of winter promotion? i think the jetpack was exclusive to steam only. which is why i was wondering..

Yes the outfit STO received was new/exclusive to this Arc promotion.
Just to note, the Neverwinter gifts are listed wrong in the news article on the CO website. They were listed wrong on NW initially as well... They really are:
Renegade Illusionist
Wayfarer's XP Booster
5x Rank 4 Enchantments
3x Refining Stones
5x Injury Kit (based on your level)
5x Healing Potion (based on your level)
If you play NW, that Renegade Illusionist is a decent companion from what I've seen so far.

If you have access to another computer with Arc installed, you might be able to log in through there and redeem your codes. Or you can just install Arc alone without downloading any games, redeem the keys, and uninstall again.
That doesn't surprise me. The STO forums are the source of all Arc hate in the world, thanks to a couple of "all software is spyware" Chicken Littles. The Arc dev team is probably afraid that they'll have to throw the forum server into the fires of Mount Doom before people will install the app, so they have to sweeten the pot significantly for STO players.

Meh.. i guess i'll grind them... never gonna install Arc if my life depended on it.. though that hardly means much coming from someone who's heavily depressive to begin with =\
I think he said they are free, because if you bought them, they say free for Gold in the Z-Store. That is what it said when I saw the ARC stuff int eh bonus tab.

STO only got one ship. (Two for some people but one of the ships was already given away for free before if you been in STO long enough). That was a free daily thing. The Arc thing they just got 1 off-duty uniform so you can't even put it on your Bridge Officers. So to make it seem better to install Arc, I am lying about the ship being part of it because one off duty uniform sounds sad and not worth installing Arc.
To me, CO has the most to give by the list of freebies. Because I didn't already have the costume pieces.
Lifetime no longer gives a forum title. That should be updated on the Lifetime page that mentions what you get. PMing the CSR doesn't work neither.
