Wow that was incredibly frustraiting. I never received my password reset emails. i tried resetting my password literally 20 times or more and none of them ever reached my inbox or spam folder. I use an old rocketmail account which got bought out by yahoo. So even though i sign into yahoo mail you can still send mail through rocketmail. I'm assuming by how other posters were saying the reset emails were being filtered even before it got to their mailbox or thrown into their spam folder that these emails were being filtered somewhere a long the way to me. I couldn't even make a support ticket since i couldn't log in my account to check it. Finally i made a ticket through PWE and after 4-5 days i was finally about to resolve the issue. It wasn't until a escalated support agent manually reset my password and sent me a temporary one that i was able to log in and reset my password.
I know you're trying to protect our security and all cryptic but DAMN... that took forever to work out. I'll be changing my email address on my account to "hopefully" avoid this kind of issue in the future.

When i finally got my Radeon HD 5850 fixed/returned yesterday and upgraded to the 12.4 drivers (to fix the Anti-Aliasing problem) this problem/bug went away

was not great
then i took mail address link to word pad cut/paste to Google same thing no hotlink until i put it
from wordpad back to a chatirc.it was very quick then for google to convert

Not necessary with PWE, only with Cr*ptic ones. They share one login so when NWO login glitched all Cr*ptic games are screwed. :X

And NW is currently suffering EXTREME OVERLOADS of players trying to play. Basically the playerbase is Denial of Service attacking their game trying to get in, and it's bringing EVERYTHING down in the process.
They are shutting things down for NW for 4 hours today - people are praying that it fixes a lot of the queue problems (the not-popular one had a 15 THOUSAND player queue this morning - not kidding you) and/or the issues in general with how successful the game is.
ok I can log in but I cant select Play when I choose a Character. and server status is up cause maintainence does not start until the 2nd of May. Whats going on
Yes, I am still having this issue. Launcher lists server status as down but the site still claims its up. Apparently It's up enough to launch the game client, but not enough to log into my account to see my characters.
It is currently 0400 GMT Friday and I've been encountering problems for around three or four hours. At first I couldn't even get to log-in, but at this point the game seems to be unable to connect to the login server.

Started about a half hour ago, has been variously unable to update the client, reach the account server, or reach the login server, depending on attempts to do anything.
Incidentally, ALSO not able to download Neverwinter torrent, which incites me to suspect we have a stupid network issue again... but not on my end.

I'm having this question myself, I launch ARC and cannot log in to CO no matter what! No problem logging in to Neverwinter. Is something wrong with me, or the login server?
I got some lag then DCed, after which i tried logging in again just to be told that I can't connect to the log in server, so i rebooted CO and now the launcher won't even start because it can't connect to the patch sever.
why the hell did they have to break things now of all the damn times.
either some trivial compensation(like 1 free key level of trivial) or better servers so that this doesn't happen again would be nice...but seriously this is the second time in three months this kind of thing has happened, what the hell is going on over there?
