dragon helmet missing a second time and now anther piece missing as well

during the 1st hipan alert: i got the dragon armor helmet and the hipan hat disappeared

later from a patch: the dragon Armor helmet disappeared and the hi pan hat reappeared

i got the dragon armor helmet again: now not only did it not unlock the helmet but the red banner dragon helmet is missing as well please fix this and don't make me have to reget an item a third time

    Same issue. I didn't even bother filing a ticket yesterday. The last time I did, I got a canned response telling me they couldn't replace items i accidentally destroyed or sold. The ticket said nothing about a missing item. Ticket system is useless.

    Please fix, I want my dragon helmet back after farming Hi Pan a second time.

    We are aware that the Dragon Helmet (and the Male Chest Layer) are not appearing in the Tailor. Thread The unlocks should be unlocking correctly, but can not be accessed in the tailor until the fix is updated to the server.

    The male chest armor works just fine, idk what you guys have been testing there.. The
    helmet that is supposed to unlock an actual armored helmet, unlocks an ugly cloth wizard
    thing in hats & helmets instead, is the only problem.

    The fix was included with the latest push to LIVE this morning. If anyone still can not access the Dragon Armor Helm, please tell me!

    But now the Hi Pan hat is gone instead.

    So we are pretty much back where we started, I wonder which one will un-unlock this time when the conflict gets resolved again. :rolleyes:

    only gone for the male
    available for female with cloth and leather options now

    Alright, looked at the Hi Pan Cloth Hat, and got the issue fixed. When I get my next build ill make sure both of these head pieces are working, correctly this time.

    i know you guys are trying and dont have the manpower the job really needs.

    you could always make it up to us by adding cloth /leather textures to all the pieces that are metal only :)

    While you are fixing costumes, could you fix it so that players can actually USE the female superconductor chest piece that we bought with recognition tokens? Or is that just one of those "tough, ya pays yer money, ya takes yer chances" things even though it wasn't supposed to be a "chance" thing. When you buy it from the recog vendor, it is supposed to be usable. I know the geo exists, it can be seen very clearly on the female recog vendor.

    If you want my money, there is a fairly simple way to get it since I am fairly free with how I spend it. First, produce something I consider to be worth buying. Second, offer it up for sale. Don't lock it behind a gambling scam. If I want something, I am perfectly happy to pay for it. But I will not purchase a CHANCE to get it, When I pay money, I have a perfectly logical right to expect to get what I want.

    Any word on this, I am missing both Hi-Pan Hat and the Dragon Armor Helm.

    I have never ever unlocked this. I have the item in my inventory and it says that it's already unlocked.

    But it never has been used. It does not appear in my tailor, I do not own this hat. Please, fix it.

    The first Hi-Pan Alert made that item into Dragon Armor Helmet instead of Hi Pan's Hat.
    You have said it's been fixed many times, but the bug is still there.

    yep, this gets kinda annoying, specially when you ACTUALLY like the helmet and is a core piece in some of yout characters outfits...

    I assume this is still broken, because I can't find the helmet in the tailor and there's been no mention in the patch notes of yet another attempt at fixing it since the last time.

    Am I the only one missing it at this point, or have we just given up on this altogether?

    Hate to resurrect an old hread... but I still do not find the helmet in the search tool.

    Has it been fixed or not?

    All costume pieces are account wide unlocks, except few bugged pieces in the Recognition vendors

    I don`t undestand why you guys are missing he Dragon Helmet because I din`t haved any problem with it! I can see it in the tailor and I can wear or not the helmet if I want! I don`t have such problems! Maybe the helmet is fixed now! :wink:
