Can use Sword Cyclone to rope enemies in and as wider pbAoE, while Blade Tempest is good for cleaving mobs in front of you. I assume your single-target rotation is alternating between Blade Tempest and charged Skewer, which can prob work fine, as long as energy is good. Finishing Blow in Brawler won't work w/ either power, though, since both are AoE. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con.
<CO stuff> .: Petco :. // A basic FF building guide (see 1st reply) // PSA on Power Activation Delay // Ayonachan's Gift Horse (misc stat data)

Oh, I was counting on "Skewer" being a single attack, but I didn't pay attention to it's description, that's the reason of "Finishing Blow".

Does Steadfast works with Single/Dual Blades powers?

Yeah, Steadfast works w/ all MA attacks. It won't proc on Skewer itself here, but as long as you're also using Blade Tempest and other MA attacks then that shouldn't be too big of a deal (FotTempest will work on crits from any attack as well).
