Cyber-Mafia Build (Pistol Munitions)

Sup, been a while

I've got another build I'm working for a OC of mine that has a small inspiration from Aguilar Nubiola from the game Cyberpunk while mostly having a overall Cyber-Mafia vibe to it, however I need a little bit of help on finishing the rest of the build.

The basic framework of the build is a Pistol Munitions build (Minus the Shotgun for obv reasons) with the standard AD/Passive/EU/From & Conviction. (I would've gone for Endo Rush, but as of late, I've got back into useing Conviction). As for the rest of the slots I'm not entirely sure what I'd like.

As for the rest of the powers, I am thinking of perhaps Tactical Missiles (rocket arm) or some Force Powers for the Cyber Theme and some Grenades for the Mafia theme.

Do keep in mind that the powers don't have to entirely reflect on the Theme I'm going for as stated in another post
Most of these are prob just going to have to exist in your character's own head cannon, cause they either don't relate to CO's powers or are just something CO's FF system doesn't really provide

Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
Mastery: Ego Mastery (1/1)

Devices

Shotgun Blast for the AP debuff, Two-Gun Mojo for the Single DPS and Lead Tempest for my AoE. TC as my Passive and as said above standard AD/Passive/EU/From & Conviction and my Specs/Tals are ripped right from my Cowboy build.

I'm not entirely sure I can get away with -not- useing Bullet Hail, since I think LT should be enough for a AoE but I will add it if it's vital for the kit to function.

LT is a good AoE to use, esp w/ its large radius, so you can keep it here. Tac Missiles is a bit redundant, though I guess you could add it as a long-range (>50ft) option, if desired. An option in Force that's prob thematic enough is Force Geyser, just as a quick 100ft CC option (Force Snap or Singularity Bomb could also have some use). Muni's grenades could also do fine- Smoke Grenade w/ adv for a threat wipe, Concussion Grenade (w/ stun adv) for more CC, and/or Frag Grenade for extra dmg. A self-rez is ofc also another option, as is a fitting Ult and/or an AO. Here's a quick example edit:

You could trade any of my power substitutions for something else, like some of the other options I outlined above. I'd normally take Guardicator specs for this type of build, but Avenger spec is okay here if you want to try something different. Also, this build assumes that your main stat is still Ego.

Glad to hear LT is decent enough to keep as you explained here, Tac Miss I'll toy around with since given what I have in the build it will end up redundant but with the Range adv it could prove as a quick spamy AoE for weaker mobs (I'm unsure if Tac Miss, knocks back or down, since the info doesn't tell me that) but we'll see.

For the Force powers I can def look into either 3 you mentioned here for pure CC options to help keep the lesser mobs under control in a tight situation and as for the Muni's grenades def gonna put one or two in. As for the Self-Rez I always keep forgetting to add one on the build :s so I'll def be putting one in.

I can swtich to Guardicator specs for the build, since the Specs and such where copied from another build that uses a differ set up but is still Muni

Yea, Tac Missiles can KD its main target, but at a 12-50% chance (depending on charge time). Anyways, feel free to experiment around w/ different powers, and you can train 1-2 of them (and any of their advs) last if you want to more easily swap them out n the future.

This is the build I've decide to go with:

Got the AD and Self-Rez down (Not sure how I forgot a AD) and I did end up replacing Tac-Missiles with the CC/Stun Grenade since the Tac where a little redundant in the build and only slotted in for mostly thematic (Since I don't think it does that much damage on it's own)

As for the last power I'm likely gonna add Force Geyser as a CC or Shield Restoration as a small support power with the Entropy Field Adv or even just add Tac-Mis back in despite redundancy, it's why it's a empty slot on the Planner for now, until I decide what to do.

I prob wouldn't bother w/ spending 2 points on the Disorient adv for Concussion Grenade (could move it to R2 of Resurgence), and the plan to have the last power slot open to experimentation sounds fine. Lastly, here's what you can take for Guardicator specs:

    Specializations
    Ego: Force of Will (2/2)
    Ego: Insight (3/3)
    Ego: Follow Through (3/3)
    Ego: Sixth Sense (2/3)
    Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
    Guardian: Find the Mark (2/3)
    Guardian: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Ego Mastery (1/1)

Opps, that was meant to be in R2 in Resurgence :)

And here is the completed build:

I've made sure that Tac-Mis are near the bottom in case I wish to swap it out with another power, if it turns out not doing anything. Moved the Specs around and put the final rank in Resruge R2, only thing left is a last TP

    P.S:

I've just noticed there is a Adv that isn't updated on the Hero planner called Singled Minded for Two-Gun Mojo that improves DPS the longer I keep it active on a mob

Is that worth over the R3?

Oh yea, forgot it had that new adv. It is better than R3 for sustained dmg, provided it's a longer fight (and assuming you don't have to constantly interrupt channeling for other reasons, like blocking). So whether it's worth it depends a bit on the type of content you're doing and/or prioritizing.
