Green Lantern themed build

Hey guys! I was just looking for a themed build for a green lantern with a high dps but also has high survivability. Also utilizes the big hand construct ultimate.

I guess it'll be a TK Lance build then, and it helps that Ranged TK can have strong dps as well. Here's an example build for it:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Ranged Damage)
    v3.45:38

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Dexterity (Primary)
    Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Chiller (Dex: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
    Level 6: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 9: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
Level 12: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 15: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
    Level 18: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Kinetic Darts
Level 1: Telekinetic Strike (Rank 2, Stressed Out)
    Level 6: Mental Precision
Level 8: Ego Form (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 11: Telekinetic Reverberation
Level 14: Telekinetic Barrage (Rank 2, Dazzle)
    Level 17: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 20: Telekinetic Lance (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 23: Telekinetic Maelstrom (Rank 2, Expansive Intellect)
    Level 26: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 29: Telekinetic Shield (Rank 2)
Level 32: Ego Surge (Nimble Mind)
    Level 35: Blinding Light
Level 38: Mental Impact (Rank 2)
    Adv. Points: 32/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Dexterity: Combat Training (2/3)
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (3/3)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
    Guardian: Find the Mark (3/3)
    Guardian: The Best Defense (2/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

Alternates between TK Strike and TK Lance for single-target dps, and uses TK Barrage as its main AoE. TK Maelstrom is a wide pbAoE stun that can also grant easy ELeech stacks vs trash. Guardicator spec will give you a decent balance of offense and defense. Also, the AO (Ego Surge) and the threat wipe (Blinding Light) could be replaced w/ other things, if desired. Regardless, the build gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec (and some cost discount on gear).

    Hi Firebird,

I like Flow's all-TK build, (I like most of Flow's stuff! I have based most of my Alt-itus toons on his builds!) :)

But here is a 'Lantern-inspired' build I am using, it is a mix of Force & TK. This is not a leveling build, I basically used Flow's ideas to get to mid level, then respecced into this.
It is hardly 'perfect' But it is a lot of fun. And with layers of defenses, (Despite what I keep reading about 'Dont use PFF') and my choice of utility devices, it is surprisingly durable and resilient. And sometimes my crits get high enough to sneak away aggro from the tanks or high-DPS.

    Have fun!!

Obviously the above build is adjustable to your play style,
I use Protection Field for theme, and 'Summon Animals' is the spirit wolves colored green. for Constructs. :)

Eh, PFF is mostly avoided for tanking harder content, but outside of that it can be fine enough- though even in that case there's imo not much reason to take it either (vs. Invuln or Regen), theme aside.

I would prob pass on ranking up the energy builder, though, since ideally you shouldn't be using it much (it may be for Sentry's Twist Fate, but I'd prob just replace Sentry spec w/ Guardian spec and Find the Mark here). Also, ADs are on a shared cd now, so I may replace either Field Surge or Resurgence (and maybe just get a normal heal). The build will also have pretty high energy use if TK Barrage is replacing TK Strike (and the pets will give you a small energy penalty), but decent gearing w/ some cost discount can help w/ that too. I'd prob also pass on the 3-pt adv for TK Shield, since it's pretty costly for what it does. Regardless, the build can still work fine as is for casual content.

What about a munitions/gadgeteering mix using invisible weapons for the ones that don't seem very construct-like? Most munitions can be recolored. Gatling gun, rocket, bolas, maybe even drones. I've never used a munitions build, so I don't know what the primary single target attack would be. If someone can put this together, though, I'd love to try it!!

    This is my attempt:
