i watched the old theme song for the Gummi Bears lol. The only power i can think of is Gummi Bear Juice. I wonder what a build would look like for said character. Any ideas ??
Uh.. have no idea lol. You come up w/ quite odd inspirations for champions.. Anyways, it sounds like this will be more in the costume than in the build itself, as you could you could prob rationalize giving many types of powers to a kid's cartoon character like that.
The Gummi Bears harvest Gummiberries, which grow wild around them in the forest. The bears are able to use the berries to make a powerful juice known as Gummiberry Juice. While the juice merely gives the bears the ability to bounce and escape from danger, it also gives humans temporary super-strength, which eventually makes them a target for the villainous Duke Igthorn. However, they gain allies in the form of Cavin, and later, Princess Calla, the princess of Dunwyn.
Throughout the series, the Gummi bears rediscover many of the secrets created by their ancestors, ranging from dragon decoys to flying machines and even submarines capable of transoceanic journeys and magic that aids them in many of their adventures.
So basically they work as a group, they use magic and devices they jump:
I see them as a group of bears (attack toys and Valiant Sidekick) that have some spells and use the magical juice for helping allies (Holy Water and Bionic Shielding and Resurrection Serum).
The main attack is Soul Beam. Avenger Mastery allows you to get in a quick blast (rebuke) that works for healing or damage.
PRE is gained from talents and gear. Could PSS as well.
Aura is Radiant Protection, but possibly Primal Majesty fits even better (in that case you can take points off the shield advantage).
I guess that fits, lol. But if it's going to be a Support build, then yea I'd prob get Pres SS for the aura and to boost any healing, and prob also use Compassion. Unfortunately, the heal version of Rebuke doesn't count as a blast, so it won't work w/ AvMastery if used to heal. You could still keep Rebuke, but I may just use it as a normal, long-ranged heal.
I'd prob also replace Holy Water (which he may not have unlocked) w/ a normal AoE heal; Arcane Vit or Vala's Light could fit the bill. The build could also use a normal AoE attack- so either Star Barrage or Skarn's Bane, if sticking w/ Magic. R1 Masterful Dodge also doesn't bring you past 100% dodge anymore, and I'd prob drop the R1 AO. Here's an example edit of it:

In harder content, I'd prob replace the Attack Toys w/ an AD like Indestructible or Resurgence. Gears mostly for Pres, w/ some Con and Int.
owww too bad that Rebuke does not count for the Avenger Mastery, it was the high point of one of my heroes that is yet to go to lvl.40! uffa...
Yea, but your basic idea of mixing Magic w/ some Celestial and tech seems pretty good for the concept overall, and that can still work out just fine 8)
Such a cool idea, I want to do a care bear now with the hearts aura and a great big heart on it's chest.
Unfortunately, you cannot get Chest emanation for Soul Beam, Rebuke, Skarn's Bane, or Star Barrage (if that aspect matters enough to you). You could get it on Eld Blast (or most other blasts), though blasts are weaker attacks (Avenger Mastery could help them a bit, at least). Ebon Ruin, Gigabolt, Force Cascade, Ice Spear, Fireball, Rimefire, Lightning Arc, TK Wave, and/or Defile can also get Chest emanation- though they may not all be thematic.
