    I assume its a TMNT homage build, but even then the build is pretty threadbare atm, and doesn't specify which character its emulating (if any).

    its definitely emulating raphael, and I want to work on chains as the main attacks. hopefully that's more helpful

    Raph? I thought he used sais mainly, not something like a chain, but w/e direction to take is ultimately up to you. You could still use Bladed Cyclone and Chained Kunai if you want some chain attacks, maybe, but you'd need to fill in the other attacks. FC's anims may fit his aggressive personality more than the other MA sets (even if his staples aren't claw weapons, its still close-range, and this is an homage build anyways).

    Uses VFangs to put up Shredded, and as cheap melee cleave/filler. DC is for single-target dps, while the Cyclone can help w/ AoE. Kunai can be tapped for a self-heal, and it can bleed the target. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con (and maybe some Rec or Str).
