I was hoping someone could come up with a build that's mostly unarmed martial arts with maybe one energy blast for theme. (I don't like elbow slam). I was thinking chest beam or force cascade as the energy blast. Build concept something along the lines of the Japanese anime Guyver or Ultraman.

TKicks can put up Demolish, while DU is the main single-target attack. DK can be the main AoE (and it CCs), while Palm Strike can be used for theme and to clump up enemies sometimes. I tried to make some of the less essential powers more broadly energy themed so its not just a normal UA build overall. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.
