Unable to write to a non-existent game in a non-existent folder on a drive that doesn't exist

I have been playing Champions fine for several months. Today, when I tried to launch it I got:
"The launcher was unable to write to directory F:/Star Trek Online-en/Star Trek Online/Live"
Problem... I haven't played Star Trek Online in years, I haven't had it installed in over a year, and I don't even HAVE a drive F: on this computer anymore.
I've tried everything I can think of... repair tool... launching directly from the folder... etc...
Any advice?

Get the Forums Enhancement Extension!
Use run command and type in regedit.
Follow the path below and search for something that looks like Star Trek Online.
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cryptic\
Delete the registry folder associated with it or change the path if you know of an installation of Star Trek Online.
