Newbie Winter Event Question - Special Edition Action Figures

Well I am going to ask this, I have been searching the web trying to find a answer no luck yet. With the Special Edition Action Figures, I know you take them to the Toy Master, but when I do this nothing happens.

So am I doing something wrong? Or is that part of the event not happening yet?
I got all three pieces on a few of them already.
Using my LvL 35 Savage BTW, he is my highest Toon.

    The devs have already clarified that the action figure quests are bugged and they don't start. They will be fixed in next week's patch. For now I suggest you keep them stashed in the bank.

    Okay I missed seeing that, thanks. I will not open the Toy Boxes until after the patch.
