The build mixes powers of many diff properties; its going to be tricky to make it cohesive. Like, Spirit Reverb will only proc w/ Dimensional dmg powers on feared targets (the majority of powers here don't deal that dmg type), and a melee attack like Bullet Ballet won't proc ranged toggles/forms.

To help refine this- what powers would you consider the most important to the build's concept here? Ideally, you should want one good single-target attack, one good AoE, and one debuff power at least, and these should work with your chosen toggle/form and EU.

Well, if most of your attacks are maintains then you could use a universal EU like Overdrive. Or, maybe try using Infernal's Wisp and pair that w/ Conjuring from Sorcery (can put a Fear adv on it, so it works w/ either Life Essence or Lifedrain). If you can drop Bullet Ballet for a ranged power then you can also tie it all together w/ a ranged toggle/form.

    Example:

Uses Wisp on cd for debuffing and procing Conjuring. Bullet Hail is for AoE, and TGM for single-target dps. Life Essence/drain can help heal you and allies, and I threw in the Shadows for theme and some extra background dps & healing (though that power could be something else). Can also tap Burst Shot to put up the AP debuff to optimize TGM's dps (it can also knockdown targets). You could also use R1 Masterful Dodge as the Active defense instead. Gears mostly for Int, w/ some Con and Dex.

I wouldn't want that sort of status even in the unlikely scenario where it was offered, but thanks for the kind words 8)
