Riding a thundercloud

I was riding Earth flight. Went into my hideout, came out, I was riding a thundercloud. Flashes in the cloud. thunder rumbling. Not a glitch. A bug giving me that form of flight. I could not find it in the powers.

Where do I get it?

The appearance of earth flight is determined by what you're standing on when it turns on. If you're in midair, you get a cloud.

And if you're on a iceylake. You get a ice flight!!!!
Too bad that doesn't work on lava. I tried...

cloud: mid-air
chunk of broken concrete/asphalt: man-made structure
rock: large chunk of rock
snow/ice: lump of snow
grassy area: clump of dirt with flowers and grass growing on it.

Some areas don't give exactly what you'd expect though.

Devs should do separate powers of the Ice and Cloud one. Now the iceblock is Canada only.
You know, make some money...

Separating those into standalone travel powers would be great, I'd totally dig riding a tintable stormcloud!

More likely the cloud would remain the same but the flashes inside the cloud would be tintable.
