Looks to me like a decent endgame dps build. My advice would be as follows: If you swap to Ego for your PSS you can take Insight spec, which will let you drop CoAP in favor of another power (and let you take better advantage of 2gm's mobility). I wouldn't take BCR on a dps, due to the damage penalty. If you want another maintenance heal, you could try Holdout Shot w/ Stim Pack or, if you have the questionite, a couple of Necrullitic Elixirs. I would also try to fit in an AoE attack for content other than cosmics.

I've tested with Ego PSS, and the dmg output is lower.
Imo, i'd rather run with CoAP and get more dmg (especially that i'm going to use this toon mostly if not only for cosmics and TA), but i changed a few powers thanks to your advices: BCR with Houldout shot with stim pack and Smoke Grenade with Smoke Bomb, saving the 2 adv points from escape artist.
Still seems kinda wasteful to get CoAP just for a long cd power (esp in cosmics where you get auras), but I dunno how much you're allocating towards energy and cost discount. The Dex PSS option is fine to keep, though.
I mean that works too, but its not much diff than Blockwave's build- notable is using Conc and taking an Ego focus instead. In that case, you'd rely less on the Furious adv on LT as you aren't using Sharpshooter. I'm also not too keen on MD's special adv, considering its in the severity layer and MD's uptime isn't very high overall for a dps. You'd also have to be fine w/ BCR's dmg penalty.

CoAP is there to make possible running Showdown, not having any energy issues with 2GM, even with heroics and r7 mods.
