Wher are Roin'Esh?

I've been studying the perks for rogues gallery and realized that the Roin'Esh are not listed. Unless they're included in one of the other faction counts, isn't this a major oversight?

Roin'esh only appears in the Whiteout adventure pack. A questline that is probably inspired from "The Thing" movie.

Don't think I've ever seen them in other areas.

I think the question was more to do with where are they in the perk list as opposed to where can they be physically found and seen?

Some perks aren't in the sections they're supposed to be in. If you know the name of the perk, or even just the symbol the series of perks use, then try looking through the All section.

Hmm... if it's an enemy that only spawns in an AP it might be in the category you find AP perks in?

The question was a bit ambiguous to both ends. I wanted to know both about the perk and where to find them. I thought maybe the crash sight in the desert, but those are Qularr. I'll look deeper into the AP Perks then.
