Some thematic powers suggestions, lunges essentially, and a travel power:
Gadgeteer set:
-Grapple gun lunge:
A mix between the "grapple gun device" (which is a knock to) and martial arts "thundertbolt lunge" (wich is a lunge).
In summary you shoot your grapple gun to an ennemy, but instead of pulling the ennemy to you, you use the "rewinding" function of grappling gun to lunge at your ennemy with a kick in their face.
Works exactly like other lunges, 60 feet, just a reskin.
Martial arts set:
-Chained kunaï lunge:
Same as above but with a chained kunaï.
-Knee lunge:
Like thunderbolt lunge except you jump knee first at your ennemy instead of kick.
Might powerset:
-Clotheline:
like the wrestling move, you run with your right arm outstretched and knock down things in your path
60 feet range, small cylinder aoe, knock down foes caught in cylinder. Cost, damage and cooldown are let to your appreciation
-Dash: (i let this in might powerset by default because there is no proper set for speedsters powers)
Works exactly like clotheline except you just run through ennemies at high speed (maybe use distorsion superspeed effect to make it looking nice).
60 feet range, small cylinder aoe, knock down foes caught in cylinder. Cost, damage and cooldown are let to your appreciation
And a new travel power:
Parkour (need a better name...):
Basicly an athletic / acrobatics but with a "double jump" mechanic.
Animation is the same than athle/acro; speed stats too, but jump high is inferior.
Pressing the jump key again during a jump triggers a second jump.
If it' s possible, add a several points advantage called "grappling gun", allowing you to use a grappling gun by pressing the jump key in mid air, which turns your TP into a lesser version of swinging TP with reduced stats. If that advantage must be added to the second jump or replace it is let to your appreciation.

I would suggest that along with the double jump, perhaps a wall jump could be implemented as well.

My mistake. I'm gonna correct values on OP to be in line with existing lunges.
Have you tried the gadroon gravitic Teleport device? Turned into a regular power and/or an unlimited device, it could make a cool tech based tp lunge.
