Just realized I have not realty used my Libra - The Scales character. I need help with a build. I want to buff/boost party members and de-buff/weaken mobs. and an attack or to for solo.

Can channel Conduit offensively or defensively for healing, using Illumination to help it chain to allies or enemies. SEmbrace is a more straightforward AoE w/ some CC power, and SBlast can be used when Avenger Mastery procs (and for Devoid's debuff). Sleep can easily put up Fear and Disorient, and can lockout enemy travel powers. Can use either Support or Hybrid role, and can maybe change the slotted passive depending on ur priorities (AoPM is always good, though other Support often bring it). Gears mostly for Pres and some Con and Dex.
That build is already pretty well-built for Might tanking, so I'm not sure it can be improved much- aside from getting better gear/stats. Here's some tweaks to it, mainly changing specs to Wardicator for more Defense/offense and dps that way, and using End SS for Defiance (not a big change, though, as it shouldn't be a priority stat):
Still looking to fix Taurus. HE is my main tank and I cannot seem to keep argo so try again with build.
Build-wise, there's nothing there that would prevent you from keeping aggro. It's got all the fundamentals. Are you using confronts? If so, look into ranking them up.
If you're still doing this can my Glacier join as an alt for Pisces, or wherever you think it'd fit. I plan on making him a little more tanky (throwing in a few things from Might) whenever I can fit a subscription into my budget if that makes a difference for where to put him. I'd been trying to find people just to put together a "Warriors of the Elements" themed team with kind of an Environmental Protection manifesto, but Knights of the Zodiac has so much more depth and possibilities. And like you, I've had trouble finding people and maintaining the group.
