Few days ago I logged into Champions to find all my characters gone along with my zen cash, my hideouts and all costume unlocks. I submitted my ticket to Cryptic and issue is currently unresolved. Is this a problem that other players have experienced?

Did you have multiple account and log into wrong one?

Or did you spend real cash in C-store to that stuff? (yes, Gold sub also spends real cash....in some stuff)

Because those stuff don't unlock to Silver for free.
...
And it's only tuesday. Don't think the read or resolve their tickets weekends.
If it's real cash involved, just keep updating your ticket...

You are silver with zero access to gold costume unless you buy. If you go gold for a month (for instance) those toons who are gold with freeform etc are no longer available.
I believe same works for hideouts.
Now are your toons deleted in the character select?
There have been some issues in the past regarding payments made to CO through the Steam Wallet. What I imagine happened here is the funds didn't get correctly transferred and your stuff is being readjusted. If this is the case, I would most definitely contact PWE's Customer Support as soon as possible with a ticket being tagged as Billing.
