The two next to defender, that area is cluttered enough and hard to target which Teleporter/NPC you're trying to access, maybe move them to the ground BEHIND defender/that platform.
Only the one to his left is actually a functioning teleporter, although why they even bothered is beyond me. I think because the game itself is kind of confused as to where the UNTIL/UNITY building is since they moved it years ago.

From what I'm told, UNITY is what used to be in the blimp building. No clue if it had it's own instance, or if the blimp itself was their command center. Then they moved UNITY, thinking it would be simpler if UNTIL and UNITY were in the same building. They updated the mission by basically making an out of order sign as the response for trying to enter UNITY at the blimp, that should then redirect players to the UNTIL building.
Though why they couldn't have updated the mission by having it point you to the correct building from the beginning escapes me.

This is false, the right teleporter brings you to Kodiak in Westside around the creation of a new character, which is pretty helpful for people with a lot of alts.
I believe it stops working after you've done "Bear Necessities" though, but it is in the least helpful for that one time per alt.

I think it had the same interior, just a diff entrance.
POINT BEING; particularly with the teleporter that takes you to UNTIL HQ, is that when trying to talk to the Cosmic quest giver or Defender (for Some reason?) you end up getting clustered with activations, If you're avidly using the mouse to click on your choices this probably doesn't effect you nearly as much, But it can be annoying when trying to do this with the keyboard.
Actually maybe even merge the two teleporters into one, since teleporting to Kodiak is kind of a one time thing anyway and renders that teleporter redundant.
