Foxbatcon

Added Googly Eye Glasses, Mallet and Laser Toothpick costumes to the Foxbatcon vendor.
Added a currency exchange for temp Foxbatcon devices to the Foxbatcon Exchange vendor.
Fixed a bug where the Ping Pong ball Perk wasn't showing up. The tracking method is currently on live, so once this goes live players should receive credit from any ping pong ball temp items they've used since the start of Foxbatcon this year.
Fixed a bug where the cartoon hands were not unlocking on males. This will retroactively fix itself if you have already unlocked the costume.

Cybernetic Lockbox

Added Mental Impact Ultimate Power unlock.

Cosmic

Fixed throne vehicles from doing weird things when a player tried to activate certain abilities.
Fixed a bug where the open mission bosses in the Qliphothic Warone were scaling off of targets other than players.

Powers
New Power: Mental Impact

Telekinesis Framework
Ultimate
Smooshes targets. Knocks down and applies the Overpower debuff. Gives you a stack of Ego Leech for each target hit (max 5 stacks).

Misc

Added Bit and Dataminer aura to the debugger.

Imagine a rubber ball, put your hand on it and press down. Voila, smoosh. Although I pray that isn't a final description. lol. Sounds interesting though. I'm intrigued what comes with this pass.

let's hope so...the mental powersets have been shat on for years - they DESPERATELY need buffs and fixes to make them actually USEFUL

You mean Telepathy?

Telekinesis is fine damage wise compared to Telepathy but everything needs some Reviewing.

If there's anything to be learnt from CO's handling of mentalist sets it is this: Be careful what you wish for.

If this is a hint of something positive (in terms of buffs) happening to the mentalist sets I will be very surprised.

Bug: The following costumes do not work for females, as in they do not appear to be usable or located when in tailor.

- Cyber Claws & Cyber Claws 2 (wicked set of Lady Deathstrike style claws!)
- Cyber Stealth (mechanical pylons or ears on the head)

Suggestion: Please consider making a smaller ones as devices; one for fun and one for combat. Also consider making an Ebon/Arcane Power version of Mental Impact that smooshes the target, instills fear and gives the Sorcery Buff.

When I gave my example of a hand in the smoosh scenario, I did NOT realize how appropriate it would be. XD That's definitely a smoosh. Loving it. Can't wait to see what else will come with this pass.

Note: While hard to see due to the gif's framerate, the hand descends quickly. It doesn't just magically appear on them.

Edit:

Just a thought, but it might look a lot better if it left some sort of impact effect on the ground at the target location. I just logged out of CO, but I think Force Detonation has the effect I'm thinking of.

Suggestion: Add the open hand smoosh VFX from Mental Impact to TK Lance as an alternate skin option for the attack.

Suggestion: Add the open hand smoosh VFX x 2 (so slamming palms together on an enemy) from Mental Impact to TK Burst as an alternate skin option for the attack.

Suggestion: Consider renaming Mental Impact to Telekinetic/Psychokinetic Slam (not Smoosh ).

Hey! If a closed fist skin is possible then by all means, I'm mostly running on the assumption that there is no time to produce new VFX like this regularly or on short notice.

Yea, having it affected same way like in the rocketpropelled fist that the Rocket Punch has.
