I have waited 3 months to find a Zodiac themed SG. I was unable to do so; so I made my own. Once I did that (An the others left the SG after creation) I could not stop. I created one character for each of the 12 signs.
I will slowly post my characters here and I am looking for ways to fix up the characters (builds and/or costumes)

If ur going for Justice gear, then the full set is nice for Wardicator builds, but even taking just the 2-set for the +25 SS boost is nice. Avoid the dodge/avoid gear and ur mostly gtg, though you'll prob want some crit% and/or severity (or a DUC) for some extra dps in the offensive slot. I'd also gear a bit of End so you energy-cap less when using Defiance.

Yes, there are two Bloodmon Devices, both are great for crowd control
- Fists of Compliance: Basically it's Shockwave, but knocks the enemies to YOU
- Center of Gravity: Basically Havoc Stomp, but instead of knocking away the enemies, it knock them all the enemies to YOU!
Both are really useful for Melee builds but the long cooldownI really wish Shockwave and Havoc Stomp had KNOCK TO ADVs >_>
There is also Omicron Induced Strength, from the Legacy device, which is basically Hurl but with Nailed to the Ground attached to it!

I personaly Use WIND ATTACKS for my Water Mage, they make a really nice Substitute (I'm Silver with FF Slots, I cannot change the Colour of attacks)
You can use
- Force
- Wind
- Telepathy

Colour them Blue, and you can easily pass them in a Water Mage conceptI'd also prob consider some End gearing if ur using Defiance. Wardicator would be stronger overall for specs than using Brawler, unless ya take Setup in Brawler and alternate between the combo and DC (vs. just spamming DC w/ shredded up).
Scorpio: The build looks mostly fine thus far, though you'll want to be using ur heal cds pretty often to keep MSA rolling (if ya choose that over Supernatural Power- which is easier to use for supernatural builds). If ya want more dps, then Firesnake is the cd to consider.
Also, I wouldn't bother w/ the dodge/avoid options in Dex PSS; Deadly Aim and Expose Weakness are the best parts of the main tree; w/o taking them ur prob better off w/ CON or STR PSS if ya want more survival vs. more dps.
Gemini: To imitate the Arcane ritual, I think its three main powers look like Eye Beams, Force Eruption, and Beatdown. Not a great mix for a FF build in practice, but if ur going for theme over practicality..
Virgo: Its a decent build for the odd mix of Might and TP w/ some utility and CC. If its for PvE, then ya won't have much use for Trauma from Haymaker- unless ya really hate Ao'Quephoth. I'm not sure if ur main ST attack is going to be Haymaker or Ego Blast taps, though I'd guess the latter.

Telepathy, Telekinesis, Sorcery and Celestial are all in the Paranormal Damage TYpe family (Ego, Magic and Dimensional) and can be combined with passive that boost it (Shadow Form, Ego Form, Seraphim)
You can try to mix different powers as well for more interesting results!
Protection Field and Mindful Reinforcement can be used for Defensive and Healing water bubble respectively
Pisces: You'll want to get Ionic Reverb asap. Reverb scales w/ End, so I'd prob go for a INT/Con/End or EGO/Con/End SS setup w/ this. This will also help w/ energy reserves, as LStorm and LArc are a bit costly. You'll prob want to get some more defensive powers and/or a threat wipe to go w/ this build- it'll be very high dps, but also a bit squishy w/ the passive.
Aries: A Might + Force build, I assume? Haymaker and/or Force Cascade would be ur best main attacks for dps here, though they both require good energy management. Force Detonation is also a good cd power, or Seismic Smash to ram into things with. Could also consider Fissure. I'd prob take MSA as an EU if ur also adding in some cd-based attacks.
Gemini: Looks alright thus far. I'd prob add MSA in there for more energy, and also get to ranking ur main heals (Conviction, AV) soon.
For Aqua powers- ya have many options there. I'd prob just focus on 2 powersets for simplicity.

I would also pick Brutality instead of Overpower, Ruthless over Tenacious, and Merciless over Modified Gear and/or Rush of Battle. I would be gearing for crit rating and severity to help w/ dps/threat regardless, as you are very heavy into Offense's DR.

I also find it interesting that fire powers colored BLUE make nice "water" powers.

Frost Breath (and Ice Blast) can put up 3x Chilled, while the blast can be tapped to apply Hard Frost and refresh both HF and Chilled. From there, your main single-target attack is Ice Spear. Firesnake and Flashfire can help the Spear apply CF, and can apply_refresh EF. This should allow you to take adv of Rimefire's burst dps when its available. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and End/Rec.

Main differences are that my whale uses devices for AoE and focuses all powers on buffing single target dps. I also use Hydra or sometimes Strafing Run and am Ego Dex Rec. But this tougher version above might be a good place to start until you get used to the rotation and are more comfortable being squishier.
