Or I'd like to be, I've been thinking ever since Furious was first implemented, why hasn't it been applied to oooh Might, Enraged? Maybe even some updates to might powers to apply it.
and also maybe an update to Enraged to apply when one applies/refreshes Furious to themselves *since everyone hates their targets getting knocked away anyway*
Something like...
Enrage
Grants stacks of ENRAGED! for each rank of this power you have. In additon, you may gain additional stacks of ENRAGED!. Also, you gain stacks of ENRAGED! when you attempt to knock a foe, or apply/refresh stacks of furious on yourself.
Ect ect.
Especially since FotB is able to apply stacks with Bleeds OR Poison now, why does base Enraged still have to be stuck with only knocks?
Or you could all come up with other means to apply stacks with enraged.
I will admit that being the Might child, I am jealous that Unarmed MA and Bestial got Icecream, and now I want Icecream. o3o
So either post criticisms to my thoughts or your own ideas how to implement Furious into the Might tree.
Iron Cyclone does apply Furious if you buy the draw in advantage, same as Lacerating Cyclone. If it helps, you can think about Bestial getting Furious from Howl as a counter to Enrage having a heal advantage and Aspect doesn't.
two options
1. Furious is a 7 or 8 pt adv on Enraged.
2
a)it gets added as a 2pt adv.
b) becomes a FOTM power
c) Enraged gets nerfed into the ground.
Furious is already a part of many powers. I would like to see something different or new, otherwise Furious becomes the standard instead of something unique to certain powers.
It's fairly easy to add furious to a might build; you just have to go slightly out of set to do so. The easiest method is probably Pounce with Furious Rush.
^ Pounce is arguably the best gap closer for enrage builds anyway, due to its innate knockdown and the fact that it has the lowest energy cost of any other gap closer. All of my enrage-based characters favor it for both of those reasons, and furious is just icing on the cake.
(Hopefully) Useful CO Resources: HeroCreator (character planner), Cosmic Timers/Alert Checklist, Blood Moon Map, Anniversary Cat Map, and more (eventually, anyway).
so it seems like everyone is under the impression that I mean to add Furious to enraged itself, rather than my actual intent of giving Enraged an additional means to gain stacks whenever you apply/refresh Furious

I think the problem with doing that is that with some Furious granting powers...they tick very quickly which would probably make Enrage much better at stacking than it needs to be?
I completely understand that it can be annoying if everything is ranged out of your melee knock range but perhaps a better suggestion would be:
Power Adjustment - Enrage
* In addition to granting Enrage! stacks when attempting to knock an opponent, you also have a chance gain a stack of Enrage! whenever an enemy attempts to knock, repel or snare you. (Internal Cooldown of 4 seconds still applies though)
To me, that would make more sense than simply matching up two things because they sound like they'd fit.
Then there's the other 'issue' to take into consideration where you would have to think of alternate ways to stack other more annoying to stack forms (Form of The Master if you aren't tanking or taking damage, Manipulator because it was screwed over big time (this will not change, so prolly skip this one) etc)
The other problem with Enrage, which I am not sure will be tackled is that certain powers can grant stacks of Enrage through advantages, such as Unbreakable's BYTM advantage or Uppercut to Roomsweeper combos (not sure if Uppercut and Room combo still grants multi stacks or not though).
Aside from IDF & Mental Discipline (which aren't really standardized forms but we can ignore that till they get taken apart...or not), I don't think any other form can stack using non primary method means except Enrage...so there's that to consider if you want to use this or any other idea to make Enrage stacking easier.

I'm mostly wanting to see Enraged get more means to apply it as AoTB recently has. The few powers built with apply/refresh enraged errata aren't always worth taking for that sake on it's own. What I would like to see is something, even if not furious (though I would like furious to still be somewhere in the might tree) added to the means to apply/refresh enraged other than JUST on knocks.
I should also note that neither combo in Might's tree helps enraged in any way.
Yah, that's sore. But l think Might might (oops, tautology) be revamped SoonTM. About ETA? l wonder, Wonder (aaah! tautology again) Woman movie might come at same timeframe.
Afraid however l'm that Enrage gets its Endorphin rush removed. End rush'll return back in some might powers. Maybe disorient gonna be condition of some rage form. And combos will disorient. And Hueg, HUEG nerf of Haymaker DPS. So maybe better play Might as it is.

I again am not implying that the power Enraged itself have Furious on it, but rather a means of gaining stacks of enraged through application of Furious, which I wish to see implemented into the might Framework. Or honestly ANYTHING else to apply it along with knock attempts, as other Passives have received.

Massacre procs Enrage with its knockdown.
Whoever you are, be that person one hundred percent. Don't compromise on your identity.
"Why not?"
"Well, I get headaches, and it hurts, and then I'm irritable."
