  Its a bit tough, since Muni handles everything so well w/o needing much of other powersets.
  
  Here's one way to go about it. TGM build, though, so you'll need lotsa Int here (Quarry + MSA based):

  Darkness provides a cd for MSA (shadows), a block enhancer, and the spammable AoE (can have the DD adv if ya want to trade some dps for CC). Lead tempest is obv the easier AoE, but ya need some reason to include more Darkness
  
  Try to get Int to 400+; otherwise, gear some Con and Dex.
  
  
  A weird alternative build is a Avenger spec one using Burst Shot to proc Preemptive strike for Ebon Ruin charges. Burst Shot is limited to 50ft, though.
