Binding auras to the character rather then the account is a pretty horrible move. I used to grind a couple auras to put in storage for future characters, sometimes designing them around the aura. However auras usually don't interest me much, I want those costume unlocks first and foremost.
^^ Binds on Equip and Binds on Pick-Up becomes pointless as most have too many alts and others would rather not grind on alts that have no benefit and seem meaningless to start. Considering this was up for an additional week but even then you'll likely get three or four things(in my case three the Raptor Skull and a dropped; the Hyena Skull, and eeeh was able to get Wrapped Cloth and Holy Water but that was the exception to this rule because I kept farming and was able to get the reset quite easily for the daily).
After that not much else was relevant or important for me as the grind was already a huge turn off.

I got all the costume unlocks I wanted, some vehicles for future toons, but as too drops, I only got three over the three weeks of the event. All were action figures, and I ended up with doubles.
I wanted auras for future toons, the toons I used for the event were all level 40 and I had already finalized their looks. For the Foxbatcon I farmed to get auras for future toons. Getting auras for current toons is almost completely useless for me because usually the aura is part of the look and by the time I'm ready to do open world stuff the look of any particular toon is usually finalized.

Action Figures seem pointless to me imo. You see those things listed for silly prices on the vendors and AH, why? I consider something like this un-necessary to development time and costs.

Yes, I think that was one of my biggest complaint, most of the other problems were addressed as the event continued. Bind on account seems like the norm for rewards prior to this event.
