- The mardi gras mask will no longer blink.
- Slightly lowered the amount of damage Two Gun Mojo deals when hitting multiple targets.
- Corrected tooltip typos with Burst Shot and Pistol Whip.
- Fixed a bug where Burst Shot could apply more than one stack of Furious with the Taking Names advantage.
- Fixed a bug where Defensive combo could apply more than one stack of Defiant on the last hit.

Onslaught Week
- Added new reoccurring event "Onlslaught Week"; when active, the drop rates for Villain and Guardian tokens is increased by roughly 40% and Silver players have accesss to the daily mission giving them an Onslaught device (normally only available to Gold players).
- This event is currently active on PTS.
Additional Changes
- Energy Wave now has access to challenging strikes.
- Fixed a bug where Rank 2 Shotgun with the Breaching Rounds advantage had a charge bar.
- Fixed a bug where Boomerang toss's rank 1 was calling to rank 3 values (and rank 3 was calling to rank 1).
- The Trick Shot advantage on Gunslinger now triggers off of Furious.
- Unstoppable and Way of the Warrior now give bonus to all melee damage. They also give bonus to all other types of damage to a lesser degree. Unstoppable now also boosts bleed damage.
- Plasma burn FX will no longer player on large targets.
- Fixed issue with missing mouse-over text for currencies on the Currency tab.
- Two Gun Mojo: Slightly reduced cost. Slightly increased damage. Now tagged as an area of effect.
- Frenzy should count as a combo now.
- Shred, Vipers Fangs, Reapers Caress and Blade Tempest now count as area of effect.
- Bullet Ballet: Fixed a bug where Break the Trigger wasn't working properly. Slightly increased hits 2, 3 and 4 costs. Now tagged as an area of effect.
- Lead Tempest: New Advantage: Maybe I'm Just Better. Gives Lead Tempest a 10% chance to apply Furious.
- Burst Shot: Reduced activation time to make this power feel more fluid. Adjusted damage and cost for its new activation time.
- New Power: Pistol Whip A quick ability that stuns enemies. Advantage: They Never Go Easy. Applies Trauma.
- New Power: Strike Down A lunge for dual blades. Knocks down foes if you lunge from more than 20ft away and they are not affected by control.
- Fixed a bug where you couldn't select some of the early level powers with the Specialist.
- The Specialist has a new power order:
- Level 1: Gunslinger
- Level 1: Burst Shot or Blade Tempest
- Level 6: Holdout Shot
- Level 8: Lightning Reflexes or Way of the Warrior
- Level 11: Form of the Tempest
- Level 14: Eye of the Storm
- Level 17: Breakaway Shot or Strike Down
- Level 21: Two Gun Mojo or Bullet Beatdown
- Level 25: Killer Insinct or Steadfast Level 30: Parry
- Level 35: Lock n Load or Masterful Dodge
- Level 40: Lead Tempest or Sword Cyclone

I like that 2GM is now classified as an AoE. I know some people spec'd for it to be a Single Target, but most builds will improve once they retcon and are able to focus around AoE powers. The cost reduction is also nice (although I didn't think it needed a damage increase). It makes it usable at lower levels again, and although I don't think it was necessary, many will be happy that at higher levels it is easily possible to spam the power again.
For pistol whip - does it make sense to have two pistols out? Wouldn't just one suffice? Nitpicking, I know haha.
Oh and... ONSLAUGHT WEEK! Woo! Nice to see that player suggestion come to fruition!

Hehe, I think it needs a better name, one more fitting to the rest of the names in Dual Blades. "Strike Down" seems so plain. Rename it to Whirlwind Strike, just like the lunge I had suggested way back when here! Oh, and if you need more power ideas, there they are.
I'll wait patiently for Medical Gadgeteering to arrive. It's nice to see more powers coming in in any case.

Now if you can change Particle Smash to be in the Ranged AOE attacks, where it is supposed to be. It got changed from Melee single target while on PTS, but they never moved it from melee single target on the list. So it processes Way of the Warrior

I do wonder if it'll be better to allow Burst Shot to be charged; all early Pistol powers (Holdout, the new Pistol Whip, and Burst Shot) are instant-only and 10-50ft range limited, and that can make it tricky to keep a ranged toggle rolling.
The other changes- new lunge, Unstoppable being a bit more equal to WotW, EW having a CS adv, etc- are all welcome ones.
Also, I'm addicted to spamming pistol whip on the test dummies for some reason. HALP!

Bug: Specialist AT wasn't offered Blade Tempest at level 6.
Thought #1: removing 2GM from Tier 1 has made Form of the Tempest a bad fit for the Specialist. Being crit-based it works best with maintains with a rapid rate of fire; with this power set you don't get a maintain until level 14, and then possibly not until 40 if you don't select 2GM, so you'll not be able to stack Focus.
Thought #2: The new Burst Shot is a bit better but this still feels like a very undergunned AT. If I pick the Soldier, at level 6 I get Assault Rifle and Submachine Gun. With the Specialist I get Burst Shot and Holdout Shot. It's pitiful. Holdout Shot has the the advantage of a measure of self-healing (with the Stim Pack advantage) but it's not an impressive or exciting character to play. Choices here are either to give the AT a better damage maintain at 6 - Eye of the Storm or SMG? - or replace Burst Shot with a proper single target attack. Scale it off Ice Blast for damage and call it Magnum Force: a dual pistol attack which increases its damage the longer you charge it (because you've taken the time to aim, see... ?)
Thought#3; can you have a logic check on the mechanics of Furious? Does any power other than 2GM apply Furious? As it stands it looks as if there are a large number of powers which work with it, but few which apply it. Doesn't make too much sense, especially in the context of the Specialist, which gets two of those powers before 2GM. Any chance of adding it to something else as well, like Submachine Gun? That could do with a bit of a buff....
Rest of it looks cool too, but I'm really glad you all are taking the time to fill in thematic gaps like this.

With a bit of optimization I got this result which puts it right back above any other ranged set (except power armor):

Pistol Whip does proc Manip, as it should. TGM is also procing all AoE related specs, so that's good. TGM's 1-target dps is now prob very close to what it used to get, assuming ur adding in Armor Piercing (and I'd have to agree that was prob not a needed buff).
BUG: We have 3 lunges that don't proc Manipulator- Pounce, Thunderbolt Lunge, and now Strike Down. I assume that because they all have a Snare component they all should trigger it (even when w/in melee range)- as that is true of all the other lunges.
Bug?: Extra stacks of Furious don't refresh the buff as a whole. This can happen when using TGM and LT's new adv. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but it is odd behavior for CO.
Strike Down's icon I assume is just a place holder for now. Burst Shot's was updated and it looks better now.
Also tested all the flagging on the combos, and it all seems to check out now: VFangs, Shred, Reaper's Caress, and Blade Tempest do seem to proc AoE specs now (on all hits, even against 1 target), and Frenzy is procing Setup and Warden Mastery like a real combo would. I hope other combos like Beatdown can also get a revisit, and the same for old 120-d cones like Scything Blade.
It seems like we won't ever get a merged Melee and Ranged dps role, and if that's the case then I hope the general dmg changes to WotW and Unstoppable are the sign of a trend for the Offensive Passives.

Unlike the current Live version of 2GM, it's no longer an I Win button against mobs that present purple names; you actually have to use your brain now, at least a little.
The presence of Pistol Whip and Burst Shot, along with the others, mean I was able to have a lvl-20 toon whose only combat powers used twin pistols. Still not a huge fan of the Burst Shot animation, but overall I approve of the concept.

Oh really? Does this mean silver players with FF slots will no longer have the daily for a device? Or do you mean silver player ATs will receive a daily for this event? The former is balls and the latter... well, can't be tested anyway for obvious reason.

So I'd imagine Silver players would have access to the daily, regardless of if they log in on an AT slot or a Freeform slot.

jonsills - powers shouldn't favour niche builds and themes over actual utility. If you'd asked anyone last week whether they wanted 2GM to be an AoE power you'd have struggled to find many takers.
I'm seeing a 30% drop in physical damage from WoTW as a result of the changes on PTS. Anyone else getting that? I had a workable two pistols/two blades FF build but that seems to been nerfed very hard indeed; it was pretty hard to make it work with the previous system because of the lack of a bridge between Focus and Concentration. This doesn't appear to improve it, much.Ah, ignore that. That's my turn to be the stopped clock. With added random cuckoos.

You definitely have to build your character specifically for using this power now, which is something I don't like. It's probably going to take one very dedicated specialist to be able to use the power as its main attack (this is just a guess, I'll probably go test the build out now that it's fixed).
That said, my damage with the power is now just about the same as on Live, which I don't think it should be. Overall DPS is down on my character, since he has to stop for a few pops of the Energy Builder, so I don't know how it really translates. Gotta get hooked up with them Ego cores!
My bottom line, the power is not as casual-friendly as other powers in this tier. You really gotta build hard for it.
For example.... the first car I ever owned had a square steering wheel. Honestly. I'm sure that got made because everyone involved in the testing process was being nice, and was prepared to give it a go, and maybe the occasional person thought it was cool. But honestly, after driving it for a while, it's not something you'd take as a sensible choice. Same goes here.

Consider the cost of the FF slots, this should be kept as a Feature
Just acknowledge that this is a FF slot Feature and update Onslaught Agent FAQ to state that Gold, Lifetimers and FF Slot users have access to the daily
