Why game needs a guide like this one? Because some of the custom alerts have some special mechanics that need to be known by players, so the players can actually complete the alert! An alert like this one is the Cybermind Alert which is the newest alert of CO in this moment!
Of course I will try to explain them as they first appeared in CO!
And the first custom alert was:

GRAB the Money and Run!
After you queue for this alert you end up in an empty lumber room. Seriously, it is a lumber room or maybe it could be a dressing room with with no clothes! Anyway it is a small room! (Not too good for claustrophobic, if you ask me!)
You might wonder where you are? Well.. you are in the most luxurious casino in CO, that is SS_Bayou_Queen.

After you open the door of this small room, you will enter in main area of the alert! Which is full of Enforcers! This is a really tough alert, because those enforcers do a lot of damage and most of the players die and needs to recover mostly all the time! I can be sarcastic and say that this alert is a great way to lose all your stars (stars which gives you 15% damage and healing bonus when they are all 5!).

The main target of this alert is to rescue all the gamblers in the Casino and to recover their money back from the GRAB Team!

After your team kill all the mobs which are in the lower part of the alert, you must go upstairs, to the balcony, to defeat all 4 Members of the GRAB Team!
After you have successfully done that and you rescued all the people in the alert, the "reward" awaits you! The reward is actually a small fee for "wasting" your time, saving all those people, which is about 826 N!

The mobs in this alert also drop some custom parts:
~ [Grab Helmet] (Bluejay Helmet);
~ [Grab Mask] (Cheshire Cat Half Mask)
~ [Grab Earrings](Black Diamond Earings)

RED SNAKE, GREEN DRAGON
This alert resemble pretty much with the GRAB one! After you queue you end up in a storage room in Redsnake's Dojo!
You must defeat endless hordes of mobs, with the help of Red Snake students and after you do that you must enter in the boss room where you will see that Green Dragon is starting to fight with the Red Dragon.
Now, you must help Red Snake to defeat the Green Dragon!
After you do that, Red Snake will proudly (and pathetically) announce: "As I was saying, MY martial arts are superior!"
The reward here is same as the GRAB one!

RED WINTER
This alert will teleport you into Desert, in Area 51! Yesssss, the mysterious Area 51! But you aren`t here to meet the friendly (or not) aliens! No mister! You are here to stop a nuclear disaster!
In this alert, there are 3 nuclear rockets and they are guarded by 3 bosses, who are actually the henchmens of Soviet Guard who is the Lider of Red Winter Team!
This alert is a timed one. There are actually 2 timed parts of this alert! The first part when you defeat the bosses at those nuclear rockets and the second part where you must defeat Soviet Guard himself with his bodyguards: Hammer and Sickle.
First let me start with the first part of the alert!
When the alert began, it will appear the first 3 bosses you need to defeat Drago who is the Boss of other 2 bosses: White Wolf and Red Dawn. Why I say that Drago is the boss of the others 2? Because he is the only one who give direct orders to the other 2 bosses!
As I was saying, there are 3 nuclear rockets guarded by the 3 bosses! First is Drago, White Wolf and Red Dawn!

After you have successfully protected the rockets, is time for you to go head back to this area and to defeat the main Boss of this team which is Soviet Guard!

After defeating him and his loyal bodyguards, the reward await you which is about 8,6209 XP (lvl 40). In the past the reward of this alert was same as other 2 previous alerts, but they changed it to XP! I guess is better this way!

There are also some other things you might get from this alert:
~ [Red Winter Helmet],
~ [Red Winter Armband];

    PART 4:

    Cybermind Alert (1)
    This one is the most unique custom alert of CO! Because it takes place in Cyberspace! No other custom alert happens in Cyberspace! That`s why I think is so unique!

    After you enter in this alert, Silverback will teleport you into Cybermind Stronghold! The mobs here are quite similar you would find in Fatal Error mission, except the fact that they added some Master Villans here!

    The map of the alert is quite simple: 3 rooms and 2 hallways: the first room, the Trap room and the boss room with 2 hallways to connect them!

    Be careful when you are dealing with the mobs of this alert! They are much stronger and harder to defeat than the mobs from the Fatal Error and they do more damage than they!

    After you cleared the first room and the first hallway, you will enter in The Trap Room! The Tram Room is basically a room where you are surrounded by Firewalls! To defeat the Firewalls you must damage them when they glow red! They will glow red only a matter of seconds so be careful! Don`t damage the Firewalls when they are dark! That is useless!

    Attention! If you can`t destroy the first wall, please continue to the other and so on! Don`t wait till the wall you damaged the most will glow red because it can heal! If you and your team don`t continuously damage the wall that it glow red, the other walls will start to heal themselves! Please be careful of this fact!

    After you destroyed one Firewall, the rest of the Firewalls will disappear! Now you must open the "C" door! You came from "A" and you must go now to "C"! "B" and "D" doors don`t open!

    After you opened the "C" door, Cybermind will disable your TP! From now on you will finish this alert only on foot!

    Clear the final hallway and you will enter into the final room: Cybermind`s room! The boss room actually!

    Attention! The boss battle is a lockdown one! That means once you are defeated and you will recover, you will not enter again into the boss room! Also, do not start the alert till everybody is in the boss room or they will get locked outside! Once you attack the boss or once you get close to the boss the lockdown will be active!

    The boss battle is quite unique to the CO because no other alert has this system of fight, like this alert! All the boss battle is just a matching game and I guess all love matching games!

    The boss battle have 3 stages: "Normal" Stage, "Colored Spheres" Stage and "Gigantic Cybermind"

    "Normal" Stage is just a a matching buff game! There are 3 colored pillars: Blue, Yellow and Red (from right to left). On the floor there are 6 squares BUT only 3 will be active in the alert and these 3 squares will be randomly activated during the alert so the position of these 3 squares isn`t something fixed! On the floor will appear only 2 colors but on 3 squares! BUT the only fixed colored square is the boss one! Under the boss square it will ALWAYS appear one color !
    Both pillars and squares give colored buff! So... the trick here is that after you saw what colors appear on the floor, you must go to the closest pillar and MATCH the color of the pillar with the color of the square before the boss "summons" the "Data Rain" (sorry but I really don`t know what is the name of that power he use). The square won`t give you the buff unless you went first to the pillar!

    If this sounds complicated, let me give you an example with yellow and blue because they are one of my favorite colors. Under the boss square will be blue and on any other 2 squares will be yellow! When you would see that, the first thing you must do is to estimate what is the nearest colored square from your position. Once you set that in your mind, go to the matching pillar (in this case yellow or blue), take his colored buff (it will take only 2 seconds before you will see the buff on you) and go to the matching square and wait for the boss to summon his "rain"! Is not so complicated!

    But you might ask why should I do all this back and forth running!
    Because if you don`t do that and if you wouldn`t have these 2 colored buffs on you (pillar+square buff) the "data rain" will damage you with 3k (3,000) of damage per second!

    So what? I can block!
    Nope, you actually can`t block because your block against this "data rain" is futile! "Data rain" is immune to any kind of blocking or defensive you might have!

    So that`s why you need to match first the buff of the pillar with the buff of your square!

    Of course, after the "Data rain" the squares will be reset and another 2 random colors will appear in the squares!

    "Colored Spheres" Stage happens when Cybermind will be at his 2/3 health! In this stage, he will summon 3 colored spheres to help him in the battle! Usually, these spheres are in all 3 colors: Blue, Yellow and Red! And these spheres will be shielded which mean that they are only vulnerable to their specific color! That means, you must run to a pillar (any pillar) take his buff (red for example) and destroy the sphere (red sphere) and do that in all the spheres!
    When all the spheres are destroyed the battle continues as in the "normal" Stage!

    The final Stage of the boss battle is the "Gigantic Cybermind" Stage! This happens when the boss is at 1/3 health! This stage is not as the others that means at this stage you wouldn`t have to match the 2 colored buffs! Here you will have to match only the boss color! To be more accurate, in this stage you will see his big "cyber soul"! Really, is more like a soul who grows big, as big as the Magnifier Device from the Z-Store! But before his soul will grow, he will be colored, so you can actually have a few seconds to run to the matching pillar and take the colored buff!

    Why you should do that? Because if you don`t take that buff, Cyberminds "Soul" will damage you with about 4k per second! So the buff actually protects you from his attacks! That`s why pillars and colored squares are so important in this alert!

    Question: would it be considered complete suicide to bring a melee character against Warlord?

    I regularly take my robot M9 who has no ranged and she tanks Warlord (without blocking anything but the firepatches) with no issues. In fact since getting my DUC Warlord has not been able to get M9s health below 85% hp even without blocking.

    Just watch out for the firepatches and make sure you've got good defense. M9 is a off-tank that could probably outtank most full fledged tanks but with the DUC she packs a wallop.

    To be quite honest, a melee tank is GREAT to have against Warlord. Warlord only fires the napalm patches if he is targeting a foe who is outside of melee range (thematically, it makes sense, he doesn't want to burn himself). So have a melee tank get aggro, and try to block all knock-back attacks to stick close to the boss. If you do get knocked back, just block and WAIT for him to fire the napalm before rushing back to him. He always (from my experience) fires napalm after the knock-back and if you rush back to him too quickly you'll cause the napalm to be on top of him so you can't melee him without burning.

    PART 2

    HI-PAN: FURY OF THE DRAGON
    What I can say about this alert? Nothing except that is the first custom alert where the mechanics to beat the boss were completely different from those previous alerts! AND is the most beautiful custom alert in the whole game!
    I simply love that alert!
    The action takes place in another dimension, a mystical realm! After you enter the alert, a female ninja tells you that you must stop Hi-Pan (from the business he has to do!). After that cinematic video you must cross the bridge where his minions waits for your arrival!

    ATTENTION: This is the first alert where your TP is disabled! So you must walk all the alert on foot! Also, please DON`T knockback the mobs outside the battle area in this alert! They will not die from falling! They will respond in the exact same place where they were knockbacked!

    After you crossed the bridge and you defeat all the mobs there, another bring awaits you and there will be fewer mobs then the previous area! And after you crossed this bridge, a third bridge will lead you to the boss area!

    The boss fight isn`t that complicated! But there are some things you need to remember!
    A big greenish dragon will help Hi-Pan in this alert and he will attack with very powerful Fireballs! But the attacks of this dragon can be avoided IF you ring the bell! Yes, ]the dragon will disappear for some seconds IF you ring the bell! The bell ringing is important so there must be someone who must "camp" at the bell, so the team can be protected from the dragon attacks! If you are the "camper"at the bell, you shouldn`t be lazy, especially when you are a ranged character! You can help your team, most of the attacks are 100ft (approx. 30.5 meters) so you can cover most of the area!
    Please notice that, there is a "sweet-spot" in this Ying-Yang circle where you don`t get damaged from the black area and you continuously receive buff stacks from the white area!
    Also, please notice the Yin-Yang circle on the floor! This circle is both useful and dangerous! It will add 2 buffs on your character, a dark buff called Negative Chi and a white one called Positive Chi! The Negative Chi will stack up and with each stack will increase the damage you receive from the black area of the circle! What does the Positive Chi? It will increase the damage your character does and it will heal your character! This buff is a great damage booster!

    This circle will not "stand" in one place, it will randomly spawn in different places you you must be careful where you are and where the circle is! His appearance is usually near the Hi-Pan!

    After you defeat the Hi-Pan, you can finally get your rewards, which they are the same amount of resources from the GRAB alert and Hi-Pan (Grab bag) which could contain one of the following:
    ~ [Heavy Dragon's Eye Staff] (heavy weapon);
    ~ [Dragon Armor Shoulder Pads];
    ~ [Dragon Armor Belt];
    ~ [Dragon Armor Bracers];
    ~ [Dragon Armor Chest];
    ~ [Dragon Armor Helmet];
    ~ Unique Dragons Eye MODs;
    ~ The Spell-cast Staff device (permanent one or a 3 charges one);
    ~ Questionite Ore!

    Mobs also drop some costume pieces:
    ~ [Samurai Hip Pads];
    ~ [Samurai Shoulder Pads];
    ~ [Samurai Bracers].

    HARMOND LABS HEIST!
    The action of this alert takes place in Harmond Labs, the same place where the Resistance story Arc starts!
    After you enter in this alert you will enter the first room of this alert where the Warlord gives direct orders to his mercenary minions, are part of the Dark Army! They give massive damage and they are hard to defeat so watch out!

    After you clear this area you need to call the elevator (like IRL, heh) and to use it to get to the lower part of this alert!

    Here, you need to go though the small hallway to another room. You don`t need to defeat all the mobs in this area! Just make sure you defeat enough mobs till you get to the next door! After this door there are 2 hallways full of Warlord mobs, and after these hallways, you will find the room with the main research worker who made the Prototype PA Suits! After you clear this area and speak with the researcher, take the PA (Power Armour) and use it to break the wall to the boss area!

    ATTENTION! Use the PA Become only to break the wall to the boss wall! DO NOT USE THE BECOME TO FIGHT THE BOSS because even if this alert isn`t timed, if the team doesn`t do enough damage in a specific time the boss will leave the area and the team will fail! Also, take notice, that after you damage the boss, your TP (Travel Power) will be disabled, even if you don`t see any debuff for TP disabling!

    To defeat the boss just use your natural powers! Sure you can use some Become device if you consider you powers isn`t enough!

    If you think a random team can`t defeat the boss, you should make a custom one!
    If you do a custom team, make sure you get a healer, so he/she can heal you while you are dealing with the boss!
    Also to defeat the boss more easily, you can use some powers/devices:
    ~ [Sigils of Radiant Sanctuary]
    ~ [Prototype Psi-Bomb]

    Because this is a lockdown alert, you might consider getting some Resurect devices like Triumphant Packs, Serums from Recognition Vendors and some Healing Patches!

    The rewards of this alert:
    ~ Warlord costumes (rare drop):
    [Warlord's Glove Module]
    [Warlord's Helmet Module]
    [Warlord`s Bracer Module]
    [Warlord's Back Module]
    [Warlord Feet Module]
    ~ resources (3G 49N)
    ~ UNITL Recognition Token

    PART 3

    FORUM MALVANUM!

    This alert takes place on the first thing people had conquered after they left the Planet Earth and that place is the Moon!
    Yep, on the moon the Malvan Empire built an Colosseum, where species around the Universe fight for glory!

    But let`s talk more about the alert! This alert is full or cinematic videos who can`t be skipped because Tetaklys, the host of Forum Malvanum must announce every battle that begins!

    FM (Forum Malvanum) is divided into 10 rounds! Like the Red Winter alert this alert has 2 parts! The first part is actually the half of the alert, which is the first 5 rounds! The other half (part) is timed!

    Most of the random teams fail at the 8th round, which is the hardest round of the alert! At the 8th round, you must fight 2 bosses: Duratok and Ironclad! Both bosses are Behemont AT, both are Super Villains (Tough). Both must be beaten in about 1 minute and 50 seconds!

    After you defeat these 2 tough bosses at 10th, round you must defeat the (retired) Champion of FM, that is Firewing - final boss of this alert! This boss is Inferno based and most of his attacks can be avoided if you pay a little attention! For defeating this boss you have 2 minutes!

    The rewards of this alert (most are rare):
    ~ [Malvan Shield];
    ~ [Malvan Boots];
    ~ [Malvan Bracer];
    ~ [Malvan Eyebrow];
    ~ [Firewing AF]
    ~ [Tateklys AF]
    ~ Questionite
    ~ resources (G 49N)

    My recommendations on how to beat the 8th round bosses:
    ~ make a custom team, with a random team you will never pass these 2 bosses no matter how good you are;
    ~ your custom team must be all 40, all DPS; if you want a healer in your team take someone who is Radiant with [Sigils of Radiant Sanctuary];
    ~ devices that might help you to defeat the 2 bosses:
    [Prototype Psi-Bomb];
    [Eruption];
    [Teleiosaurus Pheremones];
    [Supernatural Possession];
    [Nimbus of Force] or any other powerful vehicle (yep, this is the only alert where you can actually use vehicles);

    PART 4

    Cybermind (2)
    Tips for Cybermind Alert:
    ~ if you don`t have a custom pre-made team and if on that team you don`t have someone who could resurrect you, you definitely should buy some resurrect serums/ Triumphant Packs from the Recognition Vendors/AH and if you aren`t a healer some health patches also from Recognition Vendors!

    ~ I recommend for you to make a pre-made team for this alert! Because you can make sure you can have a healer or at least a tank in your team!

    ~ some powers/devices can actually disrupt the "Data Rain" but for some specific reason I won`t post those on the forum!

    ~ if you find the default running is too slow for you to reach both pillar and square then a simple thing that can help you (it surely does help me) is jumping! For some odd reason, you will reach faster both pillar and square if you jump;

    ~ the devices that might help you in the boss battle are the same as in the "Forum Malvanum" alert;

    ~ you also might consider to buy a [Teleport to Teammate] device, so if you are locked down, intentional or not, you can actually "bypass" the lockdown with this item! The other [Summon Team] device, doesn`t work here;

    ~ once you battle the boss and you get defeated or you might want to exit the alert because of some PUGs, you can`t exit normally via SOCRATES (Blue Head on Minimap or J -> Crime Computer) because of some stupid bug so you want to have [Teleport to Ren-Cen] device also.

    The rewards of this alert (super rare):
    ~ [Cybermind Helmet];
    ~ [Cybermind Chest];
    ~ [Cybermind Bracers];
    ~ [Cybermind AF];
    ~ [Socrates AF];
    ~ resources (3G, in the rarest moments: 3G 34 N.

    Update
    This guide needed an update because the font was too small for reading (I hope is not too big now) and some links were broken. Reason I "broke" the guide in so many parts/comments is the fact that this new forum doesn`t support anymore lengthy posts, so when I started to update the broken links I had the nasty surprise of the following message "Body of the post contains 7xxx characters more than it is normal" or something like that. Sorry for that. Wish I could link/fusion all parts of this guide. Forcing anybody to break a guide in small comments just because the number of characters exceeds the requirement number (which I don`t know that number) is simply stupid.
    Anyway I hope somebody will find this guide usseful and happy gaming!

    Get 5 people on a team then regular queue the alert. You will all go in together.

    This is an old guide but I would like to point out that both GRAB the Money and Run! and RED SNAKE, GREEN DRAGON give the players a resource buff, which is incredibly important for a Smash farm runner. GRAB the Money and Run! also apparently count towards the GRAB daily as well, for some reason.
