(End SS could work for SP instead of Rec, if ya wanna try 'em out; I normally wouldn't get Pestilence w/ a heavy Physical dmg build, but if its thematic and ya want the DoT portion of the passive, then that's alright)

(could prob try a INT/Pres/Con or Pres/Dex/Con setup here too; added Rebuke as a backup heal tool to supplement LD's heal)

Pulse: I like it... not 100% certain if Sonic Device is really in theme for her... but I might be able to work with it...
Nekomi: I'm afraid MSA + Conviction would actually increase her energy problems given her lack of Int... Conviction is a pretty high cost power without high Int & Cost reduction gear... This has actually been one of the big reasons (though not my main reason) for me not liking MSA + Conviction in builds... Given Nekomi's stats Conviction would cost her ~54 energy and MSA would only return ~20...
Kyrin: I'll look into End SS on her and give it a try... as for Pestilence it's actually there for multiple reasons... 1) Theme... 2) Boosting the effectiveness of her poisons... 3) essentially gives her Poisonous claws as well... A few concerns with the build you've proposed... Command Animals will not be a part of her build... and I'm not really too keen on Ebon Void for her...
Frost: would prefer to not use either Frost Breath on her either... forgot about that power when I wrote the OP >.< but I guess that kinda leaves her without a solid AoE, relying mostly on shatter for AoE... but I'm actually ok with that...
Nightbug: My only concern here is maintaining fear on opponents... from my experience in the past, Shadow Blast rarely (if ever) applies it on anything less than a full charge... and the fear from SB seems to be abnormally short... besides that, the build looks like it would be exactly what I was looking for on her.
R2 doesn't up the dmg on the Kaboom adv for Explosive Arrow, only the small piercing portion of the arrow- that's skippable imo.
As for skipping Dex SS: its mainly cause I wanted to stick Con SS in there, though a good few SS setups work well when using Quarry that still have Con SS (would still want to focus on Int for Audacity): INT/Dex/Con, EGO/Int/Con, DEX/Int/Con, or even CON/Int/Dex.
Hmm, are you not max lvl w/ her yet? Cause on my lvl 40 builds w/ 10 Int and still using MSA, I'll get 33-34 energy per full MSA proc (11 per tick at 10 Int, 3 ticks total), and Conviction costs around 35-40 energy by then, depending on cost discount amount. Regardless, I wanted to put one reliable (non-AD) heal power in there to help w/ survival.
I just added the pets cause I know they both do their own bleed and poison, and ya said ya wanted bleeds and poisons
:x Ofc, they are accessory in terms of dps and such, and the block enhancer can be changed pretty easily to w/e ya feel like.
Well, ya can also try out Ego Sleep w/ its special adv or Void Shift w/ its special adv (latter is actually in a small AoE, though puts ya in melee; former is single-target on tap and AoE on charge).

While I understand and can respect the desire to include Con in nearly every build... more-so since the addition of a 3rd SS back with On-Alert... personally I'd rather not have every one of my builds have high HP... there are some builds where I would prefer to focus more on higher damage and have other forms of defense... this actually was one such build... Of course I originally had Dex as an Offense/Defense stat on her back when it still provided dodge on its own...
None of them are level 40 yet... I thought I stated that in the OP >.<
Well, after playing her again with the new build in place... I'm finding Energy to still be a big issue even when I do manage to keep Fear on targets... granted this tends to be more when in combat with groups on trash mobs where everything dies almost as fast as I get fear applied... If I take one of the above options it might be Void Shift... reason being that it would be a double-faceted ability for her... 1) quick reliable AoE Fear... 2) quick mobility to get in range of an ally who needs healing while simultaneously pulling some of the damage off them momentarily.
Yea, for easy trash clearing w/ Spirit Reveb it can be nice to just void shift-Fear into mobs and spam Expulse or Vengeance or w/e Dimensional AoE at close range. Energy is always worse at lower levels, but getting more Con for SR, Pres for Compassion, and some Rec will help as ya go along. I don't consider having to end build some at lower levels to be a huge issue, given how mob health and gear scales, and in some respects its a bit unavoidable.

You'll want to find a way to max Conviction by lvl 40; I'd prob take some ranks away from the less frequently used attacks for that. For lower levels I'd consider adding an AD to help, but whether ya need it kinda depends on the content ur running (or plan to run).

The focus is a cross between summoning and DPS... it's a themed concept build... Summoning Elemental creatures and elemental attacks as well.
I wanted her to use a combination of Earth, Fire, Ice, Electricity, & Wind... Ice is her primary offense with Ice Blast + Hard Frost. Earth is purely defensive. Fire for Debuffing with Firesnake. Wind & Electricity for AoE with Dust Devil & Ball Lightning...
I think ya meant to get Concentration instead of Compassion as the toggle, though? Atm, Pres could help scale up the Aura for allies, but its not essential for the ebon lightning part. Regardless, if ya wanted to go that route w/ Compassion then Pres should be an SS (and then ya'd prob want Sentinel Aura for another way to stack it). Otherwise, the 2nd spec could just be Guardian, Vindicator, or even Overseer (since ur using a blast).

Hm... I suppose that is still a viable option... not sure what I could replace with Pre though... I actually opted for Int PSS+Mastery to get some reasonable Pre in her build without the need to stat it... Sentinel Aura stacking Compassion would certainly prove easier to maintain than Concentration with just Ice Blast to fuel it... which when I inevitably pull aggro tends to result in either losing all my stacks or switching to full-charge, either way a drop in DPS... hm... Compassion might not offer as much in the way of offensive bonus but that bonus healing would certainly aid in survivability with Conviction though... I suppose I could swap Ego for Pre... I just don't want her to feel like a healer
If ur not getting Pres SS and Compassion, then I'd prob replace Ego w/ Dex SS, since it interacts better w/ Expertise and ya have Int covering Conc already.

I already run her full-time in Hybrid Roll to avoid people assuming I'm a healer... and that's a valid point... Dex might be a better option than Ego if I don't pick up Pre...
