Character stuck between zones

As the title says..

I was trying to enter the "Viral Campaign" mission, but when the loading screen came I got disconnected and every time I try to log in to that same character, I get disconnected at the loading screen, but I can enter the game with other characters normally.

What can I do?

Enter the game with the other character, use the bug report feature at the question mark on the minimap, tell them what character is bugged.
That way they can track your character@account to fix it.

It's only level 14 or so, maybe delete and start over if you are in hurry and don't have any purchased items on the character.


Or...wait for the server patch on Thursday.

Or...start the launcher, choose Options from the menu at the top, Turn off "On-Deman Patching" and turn on "Force Verify" and just for safety check "Safe Mode", then try to load the character.
Game may take a bunch of time patching all the stuff you usually load on demand and double checking none of it is corrupted.

If you manage to recover this way you can relaunch without safe mode (low res everything) to get back to your normal gaming.

I used my free retrain token and it trannsported me to the powerhouse, went on playing and it happened again on another mission and now I'm stuck again. Would start all over but this character has an item I bought.

Will try what you suggested, if nothing works I'll report a bug.
