power removed?

I'm starting a new FF toon from scratch, and I can't find Ricochet Throw anywhere, it's a measley T1 power right after Boomerang toss in the Gadgeteer powerset. And now It's gone. I got all the way to the powerhouse.... still not showing up. is it just a bugged toon, or is it happening to everyone?

If they did this to every powerset, the Power House folks are going to be tearing their hair out.

If it's a game-wide change, I received no warning at all.

Please tell me this is just a bug or glitch.

    It still shows up like normal for me. You need a Gadgeteer power or 2 non-energy builders from any set to unlock it.

    If you're looking for it in the character creator, it's never been there. All the starter powers are T 0.

    ahh, okay... that'll teach me to try to make a build a toon before my first cup of coffee
