Don't push updates to live without a minimum of 48 hours on the PTR

As topic title. Had the current live patch been put on PTR, there would have been at least a chance to catch the bugs with the femal torso geometry and normals. It was not.

if you read the PTS thread, they have that down for next weeks patch.

unfortunately, they didn't mention anything about the inverted tights detail.

That was actually mentioned somewhere that it would be fixed during the next maintenance.
