Tanglecoil Launcher hold type?

I'm thinking of making a largely gadget-themed support character and I was wondering what type of 'Hold' is Tanglecoil Launcher? I'd like to take a lot of specializations to enhance it but they are very specific. Paralyze maybe?

Its a paralyze at baseline, so it'll proc most CC-related things- Manip, Vuln (Pres PSS), Wither, Trapped, and Sentinel Mastery.
