I'm sure this has been brought up before, but between the time I started playing the game and now, there's been some sort of change that's introduced a strafing bug. I've noticed it with dual pistols for quite some time, but it's recently come to my attention again now that I've rolled a new archery character. Old characters strafe correctly (turning to face the mobs and adjusting their footing accordingly) whereas new characters face the direction they're moving while continuing to fire projectiles at often improbable angles.
Vid 1 below id an old character strafing correctly and vid 2 is a character I rolled up a few days ago, who has the superpower of firing in the direction opposite to which she is facing.

both videos were recorded within minutes of each other and on the same account, so apparently correct strafing was grandfathered in, and the bug only affects newly created characters.

Turns out it's set to "on" for both characters, so that doesn't explain the issue.
