No real point in having Tac Missiles in there, imo- TGM quite outshines it for ST dps, and ya already have Gatling Gun for long range.
Mini Mines are very weak for dps. If ya want a decent Muni cd for MSA, I'd take Holdout Shot w/ Stim Pack, cause ya can at least get some extra healing outta it.
The build overall looks okay, though I'd prob get Focused Strikes in Vind for TGM's dps.
Eh, Power Gauntlet's chance at interrupting isn't really worth devoting a power slot to, imo. This is esp since its much lower dps than TGM.
If ya want to add some CC in, ya could go w/ Sonic Device, Shotgun Blast w/ Breeching, Breakaway Shot w/ adv, Frag Grenade, Binding Shot, Bolas, or Energy Wave for Ranged Tech- though of these I'd prob recommend Sonic Device or Shotgun first.
Follow Through yields a higher return on investment compared to Sixth Sense. To maximize damage, I would probably go with 3 points in Follow Through and 2 in either Sixth Sense or Exploit Opening.
With Conviction, Support Drones, and Stim Pack for self-healing, I think you'd get more benefit from Rank 3 Quarry instead of Fair Game. If you still want some health-on-kill, I would recommend moving the 2 points from Modified Gear into The Rush of Battle.

With your superstat setup and power choices, Killer Instinct would work well as an energy unlock. But if you're mindful about keeping MSA triggered, that's also a great option. Just something to consider, if MSA ends up giving you trouble.
