Persistent Gold Sellers

Dang! Went to tutorial this morning, and there were twenty gold seller toons in the zone.

Too bad timeouts don't happen easily/often in CO.

Considering the niche market of CO, and the ease of getting Gs in this game, that's a very optimistic seller (probably just one person).

EDIT: Three more were created in the time it took to write and post this message.

    the good thing about Tutorial and ignore. They show up on find person in red, so you know who is ignored while in the tutorial.

    I haven't had any messages since the day I reported 58 of them.

    Just accidentally yell over zone about the scammer pretending to be a gold seller.

    do they still have the ridiculously overpriced 'sales'?

    We have gold sellers again?

    Boy that takes me back. I haven't seen an active gold seller since before Free For All.

    Thank you for that bit of nostalgia.

    There's a hoard of them in Rencen next to Defender. A GM can pop in for like a few minutes and permaban all the accounts before they upgrade from the 20 hour Zone chat restriction to harassing players.

    The only reason a GM wouldn't do this is because "player" numbers are up.

    There were some accounts on my ignore allready for these New MC GoldSpanners.
    So no idea how accurate the AccountBanHammer is...

    I reported 30 today plus got a screenshot of the lot in ren center along with the find person list showing them and sent it to Trailturtle with the comment, "They're back."
    I have a sneaky suspicion that they will continue showing red as ignored until they actually go to the powerhouse or hit 6.
    at 5 they are technically still in tutorial mode.
    the ones in the Tutorial actually show as red in the find person list, when you have them on ignore.
    just keep telling in zone: what overpriced idiots they are
    how you can get your acct banned , stolen or both

    and how it's ridiculously easy to collect money for what few things you buy.
