    was thinking of moving points from my attacks to my heals, but not sure if wise

    Taking a mostly Celestial themed healer and skipping out on Conviction and either Conduit + Illumination or Iniquity strikes me as odd, since those are of the best heals in the game (Conviction for self, latter two for fast & direct ally healing). I'd prob replace the Sorcery heal w/ Iniquity + Justice adv or Conduit (+ Illumination w/ adv) if ya want a stronger and more thematic multi-target heal. Ya dun really need Illumination if ur not pairing it w/ Conduit, though, since the buff/debuff it provides alone is not very noteworthy- its best use is allowing Conduit to chain to >1 target.

    If ur sticking w/ Seraphim, I'd also look into getting either Protection Field or Mindful Reinforcement; a shield power is nice to make up for not giving you or allies AoRP or AoPM for the extra survival. A shield also gives ya some protection from dmg interrupts when trying to res people.

    I'd consider getting Palliate/Absolve over Imbue w/ Illusive if ur aim is to have something for threat control; the latter is a temp threat reducer but the former is a full-on aggro wipe (and heal). There's also no need to rank up Compassion here.

    Lastly, I'd also replace End SS w/ Con SS, to be less squishy and lessen over-heal on urself.

    Ya can safely drop Arcane Vit now, since ya got Conduit + Illumination. Can replace that w/ another attack, or Conviction, or a defense move- w/e ya want.

    Also still want to drop R2 from Compassion; I'd move that to R3 of Conduit. I'd also drop Imbue now that ya have Palliate/absolve and Ascension to free up another power slot.

    Ascension is an AO too, and if I'm using Ascension as a healer I tend to not use a 2nd AO since using the other AO can prevent ya using Ascension for the group heal when ya need it (due to the shared cd). That's a playstyle thing, though- may not matter to others at all.

    I think Aqia already handled ur Elec build, but I'll give it a glance.

    I'd prob replace Arcane Vit w/ MSA, otherwise the build looks pretty complete for a healer/Support (though a few of the ranks are still a bit off, imo).

    Here's what I'd do w/ the ranks, to follow up on that:

    drop R2 of Compassion, move to R3 of Conduit
    drop R2 of CoRG, move to R3 of Conviction

    Could also consider dropping Judgement from Ascension and getting Radiant Sigils to R3, though I wouldn't consider that as important.

    I thought compassion is very important for buffing heals

    Its a toggle. No need to rank it since ya can get it to max stacks pretty easily, and all R2 does is have you start w/ 2 stacks instead of 1- not that useful.
