Looks fine, though ya dun really need both Throwing Blades and Ricochet Throw. I'd prob take one or the other since they both fill the same basic niche and can both hit like a truck when used out of Sneak. I'd prob stick w/ RThrow of the two since it can chain easier (isn't a cone attack) and can be tapped for decent ranged filler dps.

I wouldn't take Fluidity as the block- mainly cause ya lose the large dmgRes boost that a normal block gives you for a bit of dodge, and ya shouldn't have to block that much as is (since it cuts into time spent doing.. well anything else; dropping aggro and/or popping a heal/tank cd to keep on trucking can help you keep up the pressure w/o turtling as much).

I guess RThrow would be both ur AoE opener attack and ur main ST attack here (when Strafe Run isn't available). But if ur also tapping it for ST filler dmg, then ya may want to use R3 over Micro Circuits since that will boost both tap and charged dps (it'll be a hit to its AoE dmg in most cases, but RT is very strong in AoE even w/o Micro Circuits just cause of the Sneak bonuses).

Can't find too many other potential issues, though note that RThrow is classed oddly. It seems to be flagged as an AoE attack even when tapped on ur primary target, but not on 2ndary targets when chained. Since ur also using Strafe Run, it may be good to get Mass Destruction.

I put both in, as it's pure ranged, no melee

Remove Throwing Blades and get something like Gas Pellets R3. Depending how you use them you can get lots of AoE damage and its scales great with Ranged and Night Warrior focus. Even more so when thrown in Stealth. Corners with bosses are the best.

Fluidity is usually for dodge specific builds. You might be better off with Retaliation. Ricochet Throw after Retaliation buff with this build will wreck mobs easily.

The powers and specs look fine overall. I'd change the SS setup to incorporate Con SS, though, so ur not as squishy. Could also consider using the one floater adv point for R2 Acrobatics instead of the rather weak accel metabolism adv.

If ya wanted to keep Ego PSS, then I'd consider EGO/Int/Con or EGO/Con/Dex, former w/ an Int focus and latter w/ an Ego focus. If ya dun mind dropping Ego PSS, then ya could go for DEX/Int/Con or INT/Dex/Con, either w/ an Int focus.

I wasn't sure how to do my SS', as it is a ranged toon, but is also supposed to be very dodge heavy, thus this time BCR, if I go to the DEX/INT/CON, as i've seen a variety od DEX specs, what format would you recommend, and which mastery?

If ur taking DEX/Int/Con, then I'd consider something like this for specs:

    Specializations:
    Dexterity: Combat Training (3/3)
    Dexterity: Gear Utilization (2/3)
    Dexterity: Deadly Aim (3/3)
    Dexterity: Expose Weakness (2/2)
    Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
    Guardian: Find the Mark (2/3)
    Guardian: The Best Defense (3/3)

    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (2/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (3/3)
    Mastery: Dexterity Mastery (1/1)

    .. and this for talents:

    Talents:
    Level 1: The Glacier
    Level 6: Covert Ops Training
    Level 9: Quick Recovery
    Level 12: Negotiator
    Level 15: Healthy Mind

The problem w/ the Dex PSS dodge/avoid options is that neither scale very well, and ur giving up Expose Weakness and/or Deadly Aim for them, which allow Dex PSS to be (usually) the best PSS tree for dps vs. other options.

BCR has a 10% dmg penalty that unfortunately isn't passive/additive but is 'final'. BCR is still an okay HoT w/ a dodge-increasing passive, but for a dps build I'd consider using R3 Conviction instead as the main heal- still works well w/ MSA, and doesn't come w/ a dmg penalty.

so what else could I do to keeping up with that she's supposed to be very dodge/avoidcentric, as she's a world class gymnast?

Ya can still make her dodge-based, but adding more via gear (ie. dodge + avoid mods in defensive gear). BCR/RR would still be alright then since ya also have MD, but if BCR is to be more prominent then I'd prob get it to R2 as well.

Just had a thought... what about run in hybrid, and take LR as another slotted passive? I have seen some builds that have slotted offensive and defensive running in hybrid

2-passive builds can do just fine if ur adjusted to swapping around the two roles/passives (and maybe gear) using the build editor. Its a playstyle thing, so its only 'bad' if you end up devoting another power slot to a 2nd passive but rarely/never end up using it.

What or how would you recommend to utilize both passives, would specializations remain the same, and with the 2 passives, how should gearing be done, or kept the same gearing for dodge and avoid?

I'd just get to know the build changer in-game to understand more of what ya can do w/ it. There's too many features on the tool for me to detail here, but its all kinda self-explanatory when ya toy around with it a bit. It can not change the core of ur build (SSs, specs, talents, powers, advs), but can change around ur current role, gear, costume, and what powers are on ur hotbar (including in the passive and device slots).
