Plague Mask is awesome, and have used it for several characters, however when it comes to making plague doctors with the plague mask, it has a few problems. Almost all depictions of plague doctors either have them wear a hood or a wide brimmed hat, or both. However, this is not possible as both of those options are also head wear pieces as well. The only way to wear a wide brimmed hat with a Plague Mask is to use the Bird People head, which while fitting and a fun concept, makes it impossible to make a good human plague doctor, and not even the Bird People heads can wear hoods with the Plague Mask. So I want to suggest to make the Plague Mask an eye accessory as well, but please do not take it out of head wear.
I believe you can use this mask and wear a wide brimmed hat by using the simian head too.
I'm pretty sure one is able to get similar (yet mildly disappointing) results by using the Abe Lincoln Hat/Beard. Not sure if it was with a human or simian head, but I've seen the combo a couple of times so far.
I have achieved the plague doctor look with plague mask + pirate hat with simian head. I believe there is a tiny bit of annoying clipping between the top of the mask and the hat, but coloured correctly it works.
