I don't know for sure, but I think I've been IP banned. I'm not sure if this is a temporary thing or not, but this honestly has me a bit distraught.

There's a thread about this on STO, so it seems to be a thing. It's being investigated. Neverwinter was also mentioned.

This just now happened to me when I tried to log in. Frustrating. And I've been playing all day today and yesterday too, so I don't even know what's going on.
