Radiance or Eldritch Bolts?

Like the title says....which would you guys prefer?

    I hate the casting motion for Radiance, but it actually has a usable function as a mini-heal
    Eldritch Bolts is cooler looking but who even uses energy builders so

    Well the Energy Builder is your Energy Builder, you cant rely soley on just an Energy Unlock, then again thats why the Circle of Arcane Power is so nice, even though it forces you to remain in one spot.

    Eldritch bolts has a nice stunning advantage. At low levels, it is super useful, especially until you have energy management under control. At level 40, you can retcon in whatever you want, especially if it helps with power selection requirements.
