How about AT without any powerz completely? Let's imagine a player selected AT, which CAN'T completely do:
1. Use any powers.
2. Take travel powers.
3. Raise prim/sec stats.
4. Block attacks with "shift".
5. Regenerate by itself.
6. Use items.
7. Talk in any chat window except "local".
Like powerless archetype, which can only do nothing in battle, but talk in local chat. For leveling until 40 they must just take someone with'em for any missions. What do you think?

You should make this an official suggestion at the Suggestion Box.
Maybe Cryptic should sell this in C-store with a $25 price slapped on it.
