Phishing PWI mails?

I found in my spam folder a disturbing mail about a change password request with a very suspicious link when I mouseovered it!

I didnt click on anything and deleted the mail. Anyone else getting these kind of mails? Is someone trying to change my password? Is this just a phishing scam?

    I got one last thursday. It's something about 'Perfect World has moved!' and redirecting to Arc sign in.
    Seems legit.

    I don't play PWI and haven't got any emails about it on any of my accts.
    check with CS.

    I logged in and nothing is missing, nothing has changed, the account was not accessed before that log in, so it was probably a scary spammy email. Good :3
