Story time! Feel free to skip if you just want to look at the build.

A while ago, I forget how long, I decided that I would make a character concept that was literally an idea that worked off from wordplay and symbolism, and he would attack with puns, such as glaring daggers, using time to fly and heal, creating hurricane of puns, and shocking enemies with brain storms. It was a fun concept to make, and making the backstory was also fun. But there were some holes in his powers that needed to be plugged up, and as I looked through them I realized "Hey, there is a lot of wiggle room in here, let's see how strong I can make this guy!" And oh boy was I surprised by his outcome, to this date, he is still the strongest overall build I made. The build I am posting is a slightly modified version of the character build so that it is even slightly stronger, but still the same idea.

Notes:
Some powers of the build can be replaced to lean a bit farther into DPS, Healing, or Tanking.
Rebirth can be replaced with a block, flash fire, resurrection serum, or unbreakable.
Iniquity/conviction can be replaced with empathetic healing/mental storm.

The build tanks through DPS rather than crippling challenge and crippling strikes, so it will not out aggro specialized tanks, but may out aggro some tanks.

This build is not going to be the best in DPS, tanking, or healing, but is trying to get the most out of each.

Looks like a pretty standard rimefire build, though fire snake is not the most reliable for applying clinging flames. Not much of a healer, though.

It's basically a modified rimfire build, yes, it's quite heavy in damage, which is why I chose it, and also because it looks kind of generic looking when colored. The firesnake isn't the most reliable for clinging flames, and rebirth can be replaced with flashfire but in practice, I find it harder to get the chill effect than clinging flames. But yes, the healing capabilities of the build are the weakest points, but it is normally enough to keep people alive, especially when combined with Ascension and the added crit. It's not really supposed to be the best tank, healer or DPS character, but trying to get the most out of them.

Since the build isn't using Compassion, and may not have heavy bonus heal, I'd prob just get Iniquity and pair it w/ a self heal like Conviction- that is if healing allies is still a priority. Iniquity allows even non-Support to put out decent HPS on allies w/o costing energy, and the self-dmg can be repaired pretty easily. Could also consider getting a ally-res, and/or a block enhancer.

It'll be good overall though, yea, mainly cause Hard Frost is strong on its own and Invuln makes taking on most content pretty easy. You'll be a bit knock-prone as is, though.

Actually, that is quite a good idea, I am surprised I didn't think of that earlier, thank you. I'll update the build to add that. But yes, it will be knockback prone, but there isn't too much I can do about it without things going a bit lopsided. As for resurrection and blocks, I fiddled around with them, and can fit one of them into the self resurrection slot, but not both. So I will just add them into notes.
