So here's the latest build for my main. I can note quite a few flaws in it, but ultimately I'm fairly happy with performance so far (though admittedly I haven't really pushed the limits yet.) The basic idea was originally for a Rimefire DPS build with good survivability utilizing 'impressive' looking AoEs to emphasize the character concept of raw, uncontrollable power.
Flashfire is popped on cooldown to proc MSA to give good energy recovery, allowing Hurricane to be used almost constantly - or FC if I missed a proc and Rimefire is on cooldown. I'm rarely at less then full energy. I actually find I need FC less then I thought, so I'd probably recommend a second active offense instead. FF's 100% chance of Clinging Flames and the fact that it has a cooldown made it a perfect choice for setting up Rimefire and proccing MSA.
I ultimately chose Force Bolts as a leftover from a previous build using Quarry (and using Energy Refraction for FC), so you could probably do without Force Shield and Eruption if you wanted as well (though I find Eruption's GP comes in handy), and maybe look at increasing your chance of Chilled by picking up, say, Ice Shards, Shield And Frost Breath with Frost Bite. Then again, I like the additional flavour of it, rather then just making it a fairly cookie-cutter FrostFire style build (also why I chose Hurricane instead of snowstorm, among numerous other reasons)
Another flaw is only one advantage point for travel pwoers.
Obviously, alternating MD and Unbreakable also helps keep him alive, and Conviction provides a frequent cooldown proc for MSA as well as healing.
If I had recommendations for others looking out to try this build, I'd say throw out the Force type powers and go for a more straight-up FrostFire build if you're going for something a little more optimized, but if you like a slightly more diverse Energy Projector-based powerset like me, then maybe give this a go. There's probably far more powerful builds out there, though. I just wanted to throw this up to get some feedback

Stormbringer is an energy form, so if ya use FC you'll disable ur passive for a time (it'll also stop ES/NM if that's up) and I'd be concerned about doing that in general as its a bit counter-productive.
Most of the rest of ur build is fine, though I may be missing on the goal a bit (is it trying to use Rimefire often? cause then it would want a means to reliably Chill that's not on a cd). Main other flaw I'd see is ur making a rimefire build when Stormbringer is only boosting half of that attack- not a huge deal since the build isn't trying to be very optimal anyways, but Quarry would be more beneficial overall (esp since it won't be disabled by FC use).
Also consider getting Force Sheath on Force Shield. If ya want to keep Stormbringer and a heavy hitter like FC, consider using Typhoon or Gigabolt instead.
