Hello folks, I've been delving into the VIPER Rulebook as of lately and I got interested in creating something akin to the Red Guards, I was wondering if anyone here who's better at colors than me because, I can't seem to get the color right, nor exactly what those tights are.

Here's a pic of a Red Guard in action ( Sort of ) but the lightning makes it hard to tell what colors there are, does anyone have a decent pic of the Red Guard NPCs or actually know the colors?

If you happen to know any similiar powers that'd be great ( I am Freeform )

They seem to use various unarmed martial arts and single blade attacks.

I would think a DEX/Int/STR build with Lightning Reflexes might be a good place to start. With Unarmed and Blade powers mixed in. And maybe void shift with the fear advantage.

Cool concept.. I might borrow it! :D

Right now I have single blade attacks with way of the warrior, although what you're recommending might be nice as for the stats it's STR/DEX/END

As for void attacks? I haven't properly looked at their attacks so I guess it's possible they have those types of attacks too.

While we're talking about single-blade attacks, can I just say they're quite energy demanding and the lack of AoE is a tad different from what I usually play.

Also I'm not entirely sure I got the color right, anyone mind posting a pic of showing which colors it may actually use ? (For those better at judging colors than me XD )

The build below is fairly standard. It focuses on single target dps. For AoE you can get Shuriken Storm, which is fitting for the concept.

For gear I would go Critical Severity or Offense in PrimOff, Defense or Avoidance in PrimDef, Cost Reduction in PrimUti. For more survivability Armadillo Secondaries work well and avoid the hassle of shopping for gear.

Your dodge comes from the combination of The Elusive Monk+WotW+Evasive manouvers later on.
