Dice-Roll Command for Chat

As far as I've been able to research, the current dice roll command doesn't work. If I'm wrong, please tell me what command works.

There is a large population of Role-Players in champions online, in no small part due to its amazing character customization supporting almost any character concept a person can think of from any genre. To have such amazing support for creativity, and then lack one of the most fundamental functions of role playing - the ability to randomize things (IE roll dice) - is like being able to design any car you want, but without any wheels. So it just sits there and does nothing.

I for one had been planning some random little Role-Play quests to do with some friends for the upcoming Blood Moon. I had assumed there MUST have been a dice-rolling function since every game and every chat room has one... but then I learned there isn't! Which sort of snuffs the quests and storylines I had.

MMOs with a much smaller population of role players have dice-rolling commands.
Basic chat rooms with no game mechanics have dice rolling commands.
Why doesn't Champions Online, with its large percentage of role players, have dice rolling commands?

This seems like something that would be relatively easy to code, and for certain people and groups (which fall within the target audience - social/storytelling game players, otherwise why would aesthetic things like costume packages make any money?), would add limitless potential to the game, regardless of all other content.

It needn't be anything fancy, just /roll XdY to make it flexible. Dice-Rolls should be their own 'channel' separate from normal emotes, so people can't fudge their own rolls (and then people could recolor the text for dice rolls, or turn off dice rolls entirely like they could any other channel.)

People have created entire games using only chat rooms and dice rolls. Implement dice in CO, and groups would begin creating their own dice-rules system, player-run role playing events would be more likely to happen, and with more active groups and communities comes more players.

CO already has a powerful system in place to support roleplayers by allowing them to design any character (which lets roleplayers from other games move into CO easily, since they can recreate their characters here) - adding dice would complete this system, and give Role-Players everything they need to make any story they want.

It will be really useful actually, RP community, Event and such!

I would also like to add to your suggestion Dice-Roll Emote(s) in which potraits the character throwing a Big Dice on the Ground and say the result
(I DON'T suggest the command to bind Exclusively only with the Emotes, just extra for Just for Fun, I know that not everyone want silly visuals along their moves =P)
