All That is Unholy bugged

This is on a free-form character slot and I may or may not have dropped and re-acquired Enemies Amok at some point.

Turning in Enemies Amok didn't result with Dr. Ka sending me on All That Is Unholy and I think that's why Secret Sauce won't proceed with what it does.

I turned in the mission on an AT and got All That is Unholy like I should.

Sharing All that is Unholy with the free form character and completing it triggers the change in Dr Ka's house, ie, Defender is no longer at the table, but doesn't continue the story arc and Secret Sauce is still stuck at "prepare yourself."

    Dropped the Enemies Amok mission on a second character days ago and can't get it again.

    No way to finish Vibora Apocalypse unless that mission can be completed.

    Maybe it's Secret Sauce that is buggy. Days later Cryptos decided I was worth fighting and Ka handed over All that is Unholy on both characters.
