Who do I contact, I need help

I've been a lifetime member since 2011, today I went to log into the game and it says "unable to authenticate". It wont let me log in and I've also received emails, one after the other saying that I have purchased zen totaling $180, which I never did. I think my account has been hacked and my credit card info has been stolen.

Who do I contact to get this straightened out?

    I can't log in either and it tells me "Unable to Authenticate" as well. No extra charges, though.

    Change your password immediately. The authentication problem is recent for 1 hr or so and is temporary.

    Same deal here, no charges though. Take that lack of funds! But yeah, changed password as well and still no change. 'Unable to authenticate' continues to mock me and my desire to play.

    Aye, I changed my password, and I think the emails might be correct. I haven't opened my email in a few months, looking at my purchase history in my account, the amounts seem to be matching up, it's just that all the emails were dated as being sent today, so I freaked cause it looked like an account hack, dunno why my ISP had all the emails dated as sent today.

    Seems CO has chat lag so bad it even effects the emails :P

    Is it is on their end, and thus just a waiting game. It did play for me just earlier today, so patience will have to be had for me. In this case anyway. And as much as I want to whine and stamp my feet, I will just play something else. My ps4 awaits!
