"Simple" Auction House Changes

The following I think would be useful quality of life alterations to the Auction House that would not (to my estimation) require huge development time.
1) New categories (remove involved items from existing categories if any):
* Action Figures
* Auras
* Become Devices
* Keys /Lockboxes
* Vehicle Weapons
2) Default the from and to level range fields in the search parameters to blank.
The defaults as of now often prevent many items (particularly the ones in the categories above) from appearing, and this is both a hassle and a barrier of entry to new players just starting to use the auction that don't realize about this.
3) Option for Automatic Stack Breaking
Breaking up (for example) a stack of 20 mods into individual items so they can be listed on the auction can be time consuming, involves a number of prompts, and can even produce the "discard this item forever" sort of prompt. An auction house option or checkbox in the split dialogue that allows you to auto break a selected quantity of the item into individual units would be very handy.
