The Supporting Blade: build request

I've been kind of in a rut for characters lately. Between clones of characters from the game in robot form, to old characters I've gotten bored of but play because I'm using them as grindy things to make them eventually cool, I suddenly realised that I have no child characters.

As such, my brain conjured an image of a little girl in a white oversized shirt (urban sports shirt coloured white, which hides torso, which makes her look more like a kid) wielding a fancy rapier, terrified, while occasionally blasting her friends with the power of friendship, aka buffs, heals, and assorted help.

But I'm not sure where to begin. I would guess Blade for the rapier via the fantasy set, and then work on building up Bleed then I think it can be ruptured for crits, or used with powers like Devour Essence for a self-heal? I don't use Blade that much (it like archery tends to get ignored by me). I'm not sure which support powers would be best as a general purpose thing.

Basically we're going for 'little girl with magic weapon that also gives her powers she's slightly terrified of'. So it can be anything from Void tentacles to Celestial HEALING SPOTLIGHT all the way to AAAHH I SUMMONED A DEMON RUN AWAY RUN AWAY "I serve you mistress".

So, any suggestions for a Blade+something, maybe healy, hybrid, folks?
