How come I can't change my avatar....

I know it isn't the biggest thing in the world but hey lets face it. When human being can personalize things, we like to. For some reason I can't. I click on the "Edit your avatar" and the most that I've gotten is it brings me to the Origin sight where there I'm able to change out my Origin avatar but there is nothing that allows me to change my Champions avatar (or is it Perfect World on the whole?) which to me wouldn't make sense anyway because its not the Origin one that I want to change its my Champions only that I want to. Most of the time, clicking on the edit option here doesn't even get me that far. It just draws up this page that is trying to upload the I think its supposed to bring me to but it never seems to finish.

Anyone else experiencing this?
